To get palladium level do you have to reach 9000 points in a segregated quarter (Jan1 - Mar 31) Or do you just have 3 months from whenever to reach 9000?

every single day @ 7:25pm est messege flashes on table '33$ 4k gauranteed speed will start in 5 mins' i have the filters set to show everying including plo, never seen a speed tournament of anything kind in the list. def not this tourney that gets spammed everyday, wtf is a speed tournament anyway?

Has this issue been resolved yet? It happened to me so many times yesterday that I just gave up with it. Even followed supports advice and uninstalled and reinstalled the client but it continued to be a problem after the fresh reinstall.

I have been having this issue where the Party client freezes and crashes every time I have Party open and then try to use Windows Explorer or open an iPoker client. Has anyone experienced anything similar? I have tried contacting support for the past week to avail.

The ABC of Party :

- The software frequently crashes

- The support is of no help, always repeating the same stuff WHEN they do get back to you.

- Party Rep will not answer your inquiries.

A couple of hours ago I was told there was going to be a $0.50 tournament starting in 9 minutes. I closed the message and it appeared again, and again, and again about 37 times. Just throwing that out there for no particular reason.

As said by lessu, many of my friends in Europe got similar email and refund.I did not get any though but my those guys were new to Party at the time. I assume their policy now is refund the amount if you were subject to any scam on prorate basis of confiscated reserves. Will be good if they add some from their reserves to pacify these players

Yeah, it took me ages to try to explain this on the phone too: he kept saying "when the next available $215 tournament is available it will no longer be greyed out...", but obviously it won't as they changed all the buy-ins to round numbers now!

Here's what I put in my email FWIW:

Also, in the mean time I spoke to a fellow poker player and he said he had the same problem and that when he contacted support (right after the MTT schedule changes ~ around the 20th of last month), it was converted into tournament dollars. I would really appreciate it if you could do the same for me.

Hope to hear back from you soon.
I think you should try to contact them again and explain it more (I plan to if I get that same reply!).

I could be wrong but I thought it said at the top of my tourney ticket list it said any unused tickets would be converted to tourney dollars. I will check in a bit and see if I can find it again.

The buy-ins for certain tournaments were revised (on 20th Jan 2014) including the $200K Sunday Gtd which was reduced from $215 to $200. Due to this change the ticket is greyed out and you are not able to use it. Kindly contact Customer Care and they would convert the ticket into Tournament Dollars.
