Hey Colette, can you please explain second shot promotion? Can I bet daily??

Hi, I started playing at partypoker 3 weeks ago in partypoker software with the username: javiesound, trying to get profits of the promotion: "Summer of Grind". I played the first 30k hands, running really bad in the tables and with a small bank to afford hard losses. I didn´t receive the cash reward so I wrote to support, then I realize that I had to accept the mission in the main lobby of the software. I´m new in this software and nowhere appears that I have to opt in the promotion in the little "mission box".
Support wrote me: "With regard to your email, we have checked your account and see that you have not opted into the Summer of fastGrind mission. To get reward of $150 cash, you first need to opt into this mission so that we can calculate how many hands you have played so far"

But then, after I opted in the mission, they wrote me: "I would like to inform you that unfortunately the hands played before you opted-in for the mission unfortunately cannot be accepted and will not count towards the mission itself. In the future I would kindly like to request that you make sure to opt-in properly for any mission or promotion before attempting to finish it as per it's terms."

What can I do now, refuse to don´t play anymore or could be any possibility to get the cash reward and keep playing to try to end at least with the 100k hand reward...

2 sessions now with no solid russian/polish/ukraine regs

Something's going on. Had 1 belarus guy but hes a 15/10 "reg" and one weak russian regular who quits regs HU

i have yet to see a single russian fish, the market should be segregated

You can only place one bet per day for the promotion -the first bet with odds over 2.0 and min $5 will be accepted - if its loses - you receive a Jab ticket the following day

Unfortunately only action counted after the opt in is completed will count towards the Mission
You can continue to play but as support says- hands played prior to opt in will not be tracked
The promo page clearly stated the need to opt in on both the website and the promo section in the lobby

Just wanted to again state that Party/Bwin should limit amount of players from same country at the tables. Within the span of 5 minutes today I got seated vs four and five!! UK regs at two different 2/4 6max tables. That should not be allowed imo.

He who? The players in your pic are all 888 players part of the russian bot ring. Some of them are still active there.

Haven't seen this bot on Party for a good while now, though, as party has been effective in banning them.

I'm sure there are other bots even on Party so keep your eyes open

I reported him a while ago and nothing happened then ved posted hands where the bot broke down and he was still playing recently from what he said.

Those stats were really helpful lessu, almost half the regs at microgaming and ipoker have the same stats.

first of all; a lot of love for what party has done past months. glad to see party is in the ~ top 3 sites. keep it up! now there are 2 things that could be changed to make it better.

1. is there a possibility to do something about the HU table auto close situation on party? it should be (like on every other network) that the table closes when one of the players sits out of x amount of time but now the complete table gets closed. this is not fair for the player that wants to play!

this stops people from joining tables. bumhunters / multi accounters just auto sit-out and let the table auto close. (also we cant see who does it because some have already turned on; sit me out) so when someone sits down on the table the player auto sits out.
we can rake more for party if just the player that sits out gets booted and not the complete table. so the table stays alive =)

2. request for king of the hill. we have seen on pokerstars that it was full of multi accounters. these people just take out lots of fish with all their accounts and barely rake. this isn't good for party."

i find it so frustrating that missions are not working properly anymore, i was trying for five days in a row to complete easy and extreme sng missions only to realise that my progress was not counted even though i was opted in..

i emailed support about it and they manually credited me the $10 bonus after providing them all the hand history requested..

i was relieved until i saw that missions still not working after playing a few hands and completing various steps in various missions (always opted in of course)

i feel like i dont have the courage to email support 5-6 times a day explaining the situation and searching for hand histories only to wait for a $1.5 reward..

its such a pity that so many players leaving amaya behind and looking for another place to burn some money but partypoker still in 2016 faces these childish horrible software glitches that tilt you so freaking hard...

If you mean that the images in the window don't shrink when you make the window smaller (so only the bottom right corner of the table becomes visible), it might be a PartyCaption bug that I reported to LikeAA in April (I haven't checked if it's been fixed). Try turning off PCap's table manager, telling the Party client to save table positioning and resizing tables manually and see what happens.

Can u confirm where your from , I had someone call me saying they were from party poker, collete can you please tell me if this is normal, also what did they ask you because after telling me about the euro promotions n that the 109 phase 1s that were running was happening, he also confirmed my sn which I was worrying, obviously did not ask for password but alarming me now .

Thoughts on this ?guy seemed like Geordie English accent, party should have my home number but ringing me up three times in a month now about promos ect?

I don't know the other 3 but myalex89's stats aren't matching to this bot at all.

And I think instead of posting those names here, just PM Colette or I with the info or email Party directly. I can guarantee you Party is one of those sites that aren't ignoring reports of bots/cheaters.

That way, if there are cheaters still active in the games, they won't get alerted and try to withdraw. Only if you think the site is ignoring you, I'd out them publicly (maybe that's what you were doing here, I didn't look at the whole post history).

And that's just my opinion on how this should be approached

We have acknowledged a Mission issue with our standard and starter missions - a new team is picking up this project going forward and these will be reformatted eliminating the issues causing problems and going forward function correctly
I understand the frustration however Customer service are the best source to manually resolve your mission to gain the reward How about you save them up then send all details in an email for resolution and allow the team a few days to resolve?

Yes - its legit
They are an outbound team calling regarding the Grand Prix tour and recent promotions etc
You can contact customer service or update your account preference for No Contact
He will have your number matched to your screen name as they are a partypoker team
Mixed feedback in general regarding these type of calls - some feel the are intrusive and some are happy to receive a call and sometimes a bonus
Personally Im on the fence about them - next time they call tell them you no longer wish to receive calls or update your account would be my advice
I can confirm however there are no security risks and the team will never ask for your password etc and this is not stored on the data base

Ty no I was just alarmed by the said poster who said he had contact from someone trying to pretend to be from party, I personally don't mind it most were chatty kind enough so I don't think it's an awful thing for the most part , thanks for clearing this up for me though and giving me the option to remove it

Myalex surely isnt a bot. He chats and there were situations like when i overbet all in on river and he tanks all timebank, makes hero calls etc. He also stays and plays hu when he tilted, nits it up when he + for the session etc. He is pretty aggro tho.

And your sample size is pretty ****. I have more than 10 k hands with him only last few months and he is not even b/e on my sample.

Try to get at least a bigger sample before deciding they are bots.

I only posted the russians i had with the same stats. As you've been told againd and again theres always a human behind the bot. All these guys have shady stats on my limited sample, never said they were bots.

Hi, I opted in for the summer of grind: fast grind mission. Now I have the problem that my hands that i play from my computer are not counted anymore. It stoped at about 20k hands. Yesterday when i checked i had 20577 hands and played between yesterday and today about 4k hands but it only shows me 20692. So it only counted 115 hands (i think thats the amount of hands i played from my mobile phone). I play sometimes from my mobile phone when i dont have access to my computer.

Half of them are polish anyways. You should deff focus more on taking me money then on detecting bots anyways
