The 'Play Another' -> 'Similar' button is inactive at SNG Hero tables It would be nice if it could be used to register for an extra Hero with the same buy-in right from an ongoing Hero table, without the need to go to the main lobby.

The new way the winnings are shown, i.e. 'You have won $X incl. $Y bounty' is a great long-anticipated improvement, though

Yep, getting these more at cash as well. Really unnecessary spam.

And I hope the chat will get fixed that if you have typed something and press enter while someone is all-in that the client won't delete the message when it brings up the warning about someone being all-in.

Are you using Windows10?
We have identified a bug which is not allowing the system to shut fully on desktop before switching to a new device hence the pop up
The team are working on resolution and expect a fix in the next 24-48 hours

We are planning to implement the play another option in our next update - (hopefully) - so this will come at a later date

I have the latest update, the software has been updated today as well. Nothing has changed.

The time bank is still deacreased to the 8 seconds on Fastforward tables ( it has been 30 sec last month or two)

So this is weird cause i also spoke with the LiveSupport and they said its due to commersial decisions and you said you "made no changes to the time bank", sooo....I do not still know what is happening. Would be nice to clear it (and increase that timebank given that it was one of the best changes for the cashgames lately. And im not single in my opinion, many players I have spoken with have the same conclusions

Regarding Live chat- there was no "commercial decision" to change the time bank with either this release or previous
We had reviewed feedback and considered implementing a longer time bank as requested however I was not aware this had gone live

Is this a scam? Is there a minimum play through requirement to cash out? I deposited to play poker and then withdrew a day later, what's the problem. You have no right to send me such a scam email! It is up to me to decide how soon I want to withdraw.

I don't want to study the Gibraltar regulations on this matter yet, but don't they require operators to process any withdrawals (possibly with a reasonable fee covering their banking expenses, which should be not more than 5% for Skrill and Neteller transactions) from verified accounts in good standing, up to some high limit ($25K a month, I reckon)? I don't believe Gibraltar would allow licensees to hold player funds in captivity on the grounds of insufficient gameplay.

This has always be in our T&Cs and is the same in the majority of online gaming platforms

Other platforms have minimum play requirements for feeless withdrawals. When the requirements aren't met, they charge a fee but still process the cashout. The only case in 4 years when I was charged was when, unintentionally, I failed to play enough at Betsafe (licensed in Malta) and they gave me an option to cash out with a 5% fee withheld, which I accepted.

I had a withdrawal issue last year with bwin but that was resolved. I basically deposited £1k to put on a bet but as soon as I'd deposited they froze my account wanting id and then when I provided that they wanted further id. After a lot of back and forward I eventually got the full amount back when I was able to show they had contradicted themselves a couple of times and by the time my account was unfrozen the bet I wanted was no longer available. They never charged any fee.

What is the expiry of the SNG Hero tickets that are the prizes of the current 'play 5 - get 1 free' promo? It's not written in the promo T&C and can't be seen in the client either because Hero tickets have never been displayed in the 'My Tickets' section, as far as I remember. The only way to tell how many Hero tickets I have is to attempt to register for one - the buy-in popup shows the number of available tickets (or 4, whichever is smaller). But it doesn't show their life span. (I only know that it's more than 24 hours, and I'd be glad to be sure that it's at least a week.)
