The 'could not retrieve records' issue with the list of tickets still remains, and moreover, I'm shown the same error message when I log into the web cashier and go to the Rewards -> Tickets page of my profile at Party's Russian mirror site. Some images to be shown at that site (such as achievement pictures that however don't matter to me) are still hosted at the main partypoker.com domain and thus blocked in Russia.

I have deposited and withdrawn dozen's of times from Party, never a problem.

What really bothers me though is that they feel they can make up such an absurd rule and put in in their T&Q and think it's OK. You can't make people play by holding money and hiding behind some BS rule you made up. The rule is also really vague as I already pointed out.

How much should be wagered. It does not say in t&q.

For the record I have also never had a problem withdrawing early from any other Poker site.

This rule is common on other sites too. Sites are not banks, you cant just use the site to store money and withdraw it whenever you can. You can deposit to play poker and then withdraw.

This policy is applied only to funds that a player either:

1) has received from another player and is attempting to cash out, or

2) has deposited and is attempting to transfer to another player.

(They should have said 'transferred/deposited, respectively' for clarity in the clause, instead of just 'transferred/deposited'.)

In these scenarios, money laundering is suspected if there has been not enough play. And measures against such laundering attempts are indeed in place at all solid gambling sites.

However, in the case when the player deposited and wants his/her own (as proved by verification procedures) funds back, there's no threat of money laundering, and the funds should be returned, possibly with appropriate processing fees subtracted.

I believe Party is in fact capable of doing it too, but the wording of the relevant part of its T&C and relevant emails is terrible in terms of marketing. Party sounds like it threatens to seize 100% of the player's own funds if s/he just 'doesn't play enough', instead of gently begging the player to have mercy for the company that has suffered from payment processing costs and asking him/her to bear these costs if s/he hasn't paid enough rake to cover them.

I have a complaint regarding the use of tournaments Tickets.

Party refuses to let me use a certain mtt Ticket for a different mtt of the same buyin! Which i find ridiculus.
Especially since Said Ticket that i have is only valid for ONE single tournament!!
And i dont have time to participate.
Im not eben asking to convert My Ticket to tourney$$. I Just want to be able to reg a tourney that i also have time to Finish!

Anything we can do Here? Support wasnt cooperative at all.

If a ticket is awarded for a promotion - its only valid for that promotion and can not be exchanged for a tourney of the same value

Also - it doesn't matter how long you have been a customer or how much you have raked - the rules stand the same for all

Nope, I deposited from my bank as I always do and simply withdrew back to my bank. Have done loads of times in the past, without a problem.
