I see, good point. It seems pretty ridiculous either way tbh.

I saw on Sunday(today) that the new MTT schedule wasn't in effect - you guys should keep the newly added weekday games for Sunday....surely if they meet guarantees during the week they'll have no problem hitting them on Sunday

Hi everyone,

I have an issue with EmirePoker which is part of PartyPoker network and I'm looking for some advice how to handle it.

Haven't played for 6 months and Empire struck me with $1056.40 USD Final Inactive Account Fee, taking all my funds instead of normal charge for being inactive which is $7 I belive. I contacted them to get the refund. Now I've been writing to them regularly for a month and once a week they sent me email saying that they are working on it, escalating etc. and I should wait. Looks like they want to drag on this endlessly, wear me down and annoy me out of my money. It extremely upsets me but I still hope to get the money back.

Does someone that was in similar situation have some advice for how to manage it?

On the other hand PartyPoker, where I also have an account, was fair in the same situation, at the same time deducted normal inactive account fee $7.

6 months and they take your whole 1k? I think the sites that use that rule take some % per month after 180d to 18 months of inactivity and send u an email at least once to warn you.

That's exactly how it supposed to be according to the rules. There is also mentioned that they can withhold all money after 18 months of inactivity and later it be refunded "at any time". I was surprised they went for that option right away without any warning, but now I start to understand it may not be a coincidence given how the customer service responds to reclaims.
What disappoints me is that I learned to play on that site, I signed in when it was launched long time ago and now I'm getting such treatment. Talk about loyalty...

As for the points count – May I assume you might just be looking in the wrong place? You will notice how the points count for previous months is actually displayed below, and not under “Recent activity” –this screenshot might help –

As you can see, I see the points earned in July at the top, and clicking on the “June” button shows my previously earned points at the bottom of the screenshot. Please let me know if you’re seeing something different.
Vas, I was looking at the same place as you regarding the points count. And yes the shortcut buttons for the last 3 months work fine. The problem is when you select a date range yourself......

Regarding the bounty tourneys.... It's all of them..... If you want a specific one check #111220367 or #111223393

Also there's a bug in the hand history viewer..... For example: I go allin for 20000 chips and only get called by someone with 5000 chips and then win the hand, it says Bet: 20000 Payoff: 10000 (+the blinds and antes) which makes it look like I lost chips in that hand....which I didn't....

Hi,

Tomorrow morning (August 5th) at around 02:00 ET we will be performing a restart of the cash game servers to fix the issue that is allowing players to join both casual and regular tables at the same time.

Cash games will be available at all times during this restart but players may be removed from some tables. If a player has to be removed from a table it will be at the end of a hand.

We anticipate the whole process to last no more than an hour. Apologies in advance for any inconvenience.

Thanks,
Paul

R: For example if you get $300 bonus, you are required to wager $1200 on fast forward poker
K: wager means total bets or generated rake?
R: However we have requested the department concerned to provide more details about the bonus.
R: Please allow us more time to get the exact information
K: oh so you dont know how it will be yet?
R: We had our own doubts so waiting for an update.
K: ok, thanks

Support just told me the requirements to clear the bonus are in Points not in USD.

The $300 bonus will be in two installments of $150 and to release the whole bonus you need to accumulate 1200points or 600points for $150.

Party keeps popping up with this error when I tryn to load it up: "Missing Shortcut: Windows is searching for PartyGaming.exe To locate the file yourself, click Browse". I've uninstalled/reinstalled twice but the same error keeps coming up and I can't find the file. Anyone else have this problem? Guess I need to do something with my firewall?

Just a question about sats to Live events.

If I satty into the Montreal/Players Choice $500 tourney and then unreg do I get T money? If I win a 2nd sat into the $500 sat and play one will I receive T money for the second?

Basically I have a limited br on Party and would like to build it up a bit before I start playing the $500 sats.

Just a note : BWIN is also running the Points Hunt promotion with the same point requirements. However, it takes 1 EUR in rake to earn 2 points in BWIN (compared to 1 USD in Partypoker) so its automatically 30% harder to meet the point requirements. Why is that so?

Whoever made the decision, what in the world were you thinking ? I can't work out why someone would think this was a good idea, financially or otherwise.

The capped tables at 5/10 were the only reason I played on party, having a bankroll on there now is near enough pointless.
Yes I can't think of any reason why Party would want to stop lining the pockets of the top 0.1% of regs at the expense of every single other HU player on the site. :eyeroll:

Not sure why you think it's a firewall problem. It just means that the thing you're clicking on to launch Party isn't pointing to the location of the executable program.

So...

1. what happened when you clicked Browse? I know you said you couldn't find it; where did you look?

2. if you didn't, or didn't sort it out properly, what you need to do is click Browse and then navigate to the location of your PartyGaming.exe. Unless you've chose a weird install location (which could be the root of the problem) this should be somewhere like C:\Programs\PartyGaming\PartyGaming.exe. Select that. This should connect the shortcut to the program.

3. if you still can't find it, just search your computer for PartyGaming.exe. Make a note of where it is. Repeat the above.

4. otherwise, what are you clicking on to launch the program? Is it an old shortcut that doesn't come from each of these new installations? If so, delete it. Launch the program from your Start menu. Pin it to the taskbar. Launch it however you like, but not from the obsolete shortcut.

Bonus: Party Rep - why the hell is Party the only program on the planet that insists on installing into C:\Programs and not \Program Files or \Program Files (x86) ??

So anyone know something about the so called "upgrade" to Premium.com?
I have read the previous posts and the recommendation to email support, which i already did.
But based on past experiences, i am more likely to get satisfying answers from untrained monkeys.
So before getting automated responses on nonsense i never asked and replying several times getting all worked up and weeks going by, i would like to know if some people here aleady have more info?

I might be paranoid, but i find it very weird to just transfer my account to some other company i know nothing about...

Also i wonder if the playerpool will be the same for non premium players and premium players, or if this will be a shark tank where all the sharks can kill each other and the casual players remain on bwin.com.

Thank you.
+1 Please, why hasn't this been addressed?
