If you've decided that sats running at this time of night are better as turbos then scrap the $5r sat the $10r sat and add those guaranteed seats to the $20 freeze out and advertise it as 2 seats available. Obviously a lot of the same people play all 3 but without the pressure of a winner take all and an easier to project avg buyin of the $20 freezout more players will join the sat.

I've noticed that the add-on for this turbo event has been changed back to 7,500 recently which is a 15bb add-on. Regs and fish alike are gambling and double rebuying but the 15bb add ons hasn't come close to adding a second seat to the prize pool.

The games are still turbo and for a two table sat the blinds quickly catch up to the 150bb add-on which makes the final table play turbo stacks. The old 150bb add-on didn't take any longer to finish.

Basically your creating an environment where average players who are home at the time the games run have no incentive to keep rebuying to make the huge add-on and the abandoned rebuys don't come close to adding a second seat.


The same pool of regs are winning this winner take all event and hoarding the tickets which will keep the Sunday $500 qualifier to the $5k package from reaching 2+ seats.

This promotion only runs for a few more sundays. Please fix this. Frankly the regs are going to buyin even if they don't win seats.

You added several $50 15 minutes MTTs but there are still no $50 turbos. The turbos jump from $20 to $100 with all of those meeting the guarantees. You should add some $50 turbos.

+1, I actually never realised this happened, until i wondered why no one was sitting me anymore to try and gain my table, no one was trying to keep tables either when i sat them because they could just open another.

Whoever made the decision, what in the world were you thinking ? I can't work out why someone would think this was a good idea, financially or otherwise.

The capped tables at 5/10 were the only reason I played on party, having a bankroll on there now is near enough pointless.

Just reading about the Points Hunt promo, and am a little confused by this:

The bonus can only be withdrawn once the player wagers 4 times the bonus amount (“the Points Hunt Bonus Restrictions”).

So if you decide to go for the $300 bonus, how much will you have to rake to release it?.

My party software sometimes crashes and has to be closed when a tournament popup appears. This is really annoying because I lost several hands that way. Reinstalling did not help.

Anyone else with that problem?

this has been happening for months to many people and has been reported in this thread and to support multiple times. yet they still do not have a way to turn off pop ups, so the crashes continue. also I'm not sure that a rep has ever actually addressed this complaint in this thread. seems like a relatively easy fix (let us turn off tournament pop ups) yet nothing is ever done about it.

Not only that, they also overlap the action at the tables when those aren't fully maximized, and sometimes they get "stuck", blinking.

Imho, those pop-ups are the client's worst issue, by far.

Yea this popups and bugs associated with them are so tilting. As a low stakes cash game player, who has never ever played a single MTT on party, there is no chance in hell I'm gona play those 1$ buyin tournys (or any for that matter). WTF

looks like you have to rake 4x the bonus amount in 7 days.

Can someone confirm this? My understanding is "wager" means to place bets, not to generate rake.

it's just clumsy wording - the T&C states that the bonus can only be redeemed at fastforward tables.

I read this, but I can't understand completely this part of T&C:


- The bonus will be issued into the player’s account the Monday after the Qualifying Week in which the bonus was received
- Player will have 24 hours to claim the withdrawal restricted bonus by accepting the bonus in the bonus section of the poker client.
- The bonus can only be withdrawn once the player wagers 4 times the bonus amount (“the Points Hunt Bonus Restrictions”).
- The player will have seven [7] days to meet the Points Hunt Bonus Restrictions from the date the bonus is claimed.

The following Monday the bonus will be issued in your account and you have 24h to claim it. After this you have 7 days to rake $1200(for $300 bonus) or to place bets equal to $1200 on the FastForward tables(12 times allin on 100NL?)

If it is rake, the promotion is absurd.
