Yes. The system will try to register you for the tourney if you have a ticket. As far as I can tell it seems to do it on the hour.

Same problem here. Looks like only a handful of us our experiencing this issue, but I'd assume it's affecting a decent amount of players. I have a ticket open with Carbon support, I'll definitely report back if I hear a fix.

Hopefully you'll notice the post in between people screaming "GG MERGE" as everyone else windmills about issues that either A) aren't actually issues or B) known bugs that will be fixed soon.

I provided an option that worked for me last night in getting the lobby to pull up. Guess it also got lost in all the nonsense posts. Think it was probably 4-5 pages back?

When you backed up and deleted the HH, did you only delete the ones in the program files folder?

Just checking because one on my buddies tried that for the blank HH issue and it didn't work, but if you check the hand history settings in the client, it'll show you the folder where the hand history is actually being written. It's in the user folder somewhere, not in the program files folder.

Huh. I tried this-- deleted the History folder that is within the Users folder-- and it seems to have done the trick. Thanks!

I thought I saw where they were to be used in "special promotions" or something aside from the bonus clearing I'm thinking freerolls perhaps? But I don't even see where you can check on where they are being tracked.

No, but it is an old Hero Poker account, and this led to me solving the problem. Reading the other posts, I ended up going in and deleting my HH folder, relaunching the client, and now the entire client works. How odd is that? Hopefully this works for everyone else too. Thanks a bunch.

The state I live in is one of the worst for online poker, they haven't given me a check for years, WU was my only option, and now it's gone.
