I'm unsure, I tried importing my hands to HEM/PT and it got all screwed up. It worked for a bit, but i'm unsure if HEM moved my hands somewhere, but my Carbon folder with my HH is empty. The last time I checked at 25PLO, I probably made around 2kish at the time (EV line at around 1.2k) and around 1k raked. I think it was around there, but sorry I cannot provide a graph or anything else since I don't know what happened.

Offering 1c2c is not needed. 2c4c is the lowest they should offer.

By default HM does export your handhistories into a folder usually called "HM2Archive" and usually found on the first level of your C drive. It empties out your Carbon handhistory folder so it doesn't have to reimport the same histories over and over again. You should be able to reimport any games you have ever played from the HM2Archive folder.

More tables means per/100 winrates will probably go down for a lot of regs, but hourly winrates, which is what actually matters in terms of deposits and cashouts go up. Stars can't be happy about all the regs it has, but its a decent enough company that its not going to sacrifice the business model that's worked for them for so many years for some short term profits. You can't argue that winning regs generate money for the site unless you want to argue that they increase deposits.

My guess is that if you were to wire 10k tomorrow I'd almost guarantee your tables get cut down. IMHO.

Additionally, assuming that they are going after the rec player, they still want to make money. And how much money can a site make on 1cent 2 cent? Honestly, I think anyone playing 1/2 or 2/4 cent is just wasting time. Put at least $100 on the site and play at a stake that has at least some meaning.

I live on $100/week after rent and bills. It's a lot to some. It doesn't take long to build $25 to $100. I just think it's weird not to offer 1c/2c since it seems to be the standard minimum at other sites. But I suppose by not having it the 2c/4c games are softer.

I also wouldn't suggest playing higher than 2c/4c with just $100...

I will check that out when I get home. I used PT before, but figured I'd give HEM a shot. I'm guessing PT leaves it in the folder and HEM moves it to this folder?

The weird thing is after I loaded up HEM a few times, my HH got deleted in there and only shows the most recent 100 hands. But I can't use any flters to see my other hands. Very frustrating.

I don't really play that high either. I'll sit at 100plo, 200plo, 400plo, and 600plo, but mostly focus on 25-50 since it is SO tilting that the games that run are usually focused around a fish and regs. Fish set, regs all sit, and if I were to lose a BI or two there, it would take a lot of time to grind it back.

However, i'm guessing I don't multitable as much as some of the other guys here...

If he's crushing and making wires (or skrill if he's out of the US) regularly, I'd imagine they'd eventually restrict his tables.
No one is sure of the parameters besides Carbon Management.

I can only speculate due to a lack of correspondence with Management.

Yes they do offer reloads to all players. The VIP program was not discontinued, the cash rewards of the VIP program were removed. Players still earn the same amount of points as before, but can only spend them on tournament and SNG tickets.



FYI, I just noticed on twitter that it appears the Nightly $60 and $109 tournaments are being trialed at $7.5K guarantees tonight!

How'd you arrive at that number? Even if the stacking is multiplicative, that's still only 1.5 x 2 = 3.0 times the number of points. If it's additive, then it's only 1 + .5 + 1 = 2.5 times.

I don't know man. I think your situation might be more unique then that. I cashed out 7.5k no issues before. No limit on tables or anything. Carbon has been nothing but good to me.

So on a related note, yes, hem did move my hands to a different directory. I'm still missing a ton of hands. Missing 2k in profit from my first hands. And it looks like right now I'm running 1.8k above ev.

If you win they ban. I think people get the wire option if they've been banned / restricted to 1 table/ cut off from sports.

Have had the best customer service of any poker site I've ever played on today. I switched from Bovada as a mac friendly/ US Player because of this thread, much better in every aspect imo. I did in fact get refunded my WU fee as well, like stated before in here if anyone cares.

I'm afraid that your theory is incorrect. I know a number of winning players who have he bank wire option. It is not offered to new accounts.

The players I know that once had it have been banned/ restricted tables. They were around for a long time so that does have something to do with it.
