Thanks
1 - Deposit
2 - Play in real money cash/tournament games
3 - As you accumulate points, bonus money will be released

For instance, once you accumulate 50 points, $10 worth of bonus will be added to your account within 24 hours of reaching 50 points.

This will continue (I think at every 50 points earned) until your full bonus amount has been released.

I don't see any empty 6 max tables for 2/4 and 1/2 NL... making it impossible to start new tables. Only see empty 9max tables to sit at. Anyone else see the same thing?

I gotta say at first I was really apprehensive of Bovada and its anonymous games and 4 cash table cap, but I have to say I've really come around to them and really enjoy them.

hi guys, just got an email from bovada that is mildly troubling. if it helps, i live in PA, ive had a bodog/bovada name for a long time (prob around 2005), and i havent had any complaints from my end or from my bank.

Dear Mr. XXXX,

We’re contacting you about your recent payout request via our Bank Wire method with Reference Number XXXXX in the amount of $9500.

As a precautionary measure, to avoid any potential issues with your payouts, we're no longer able to process Bank Wires to an account under your name. We can still process payments via this method, however you'd need register a new account that is not under your name or gaming related. This could be a business or corporate account or an account under a spouse's name.

In the meantime, the Bank Wire method has been disabled on your account. If registering a new bank account isn't something you're able to do, we can proceed with sending the funds through either Check by Courier or Credit Card. The maximum payout for check is $3000 once every 7 days and for credit card it's $2500 once every 7 days. For example, if you wish to proceed via Check by Courier, your $9500 wire will be split into 4 checks; $3000, $3000, $3000 and $500.

Please confirm how you'd like to proceed at your earliest convenience. We understand this may be an inconvenience to you and we'll work to make this as seamless as possible. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Regards,

Bovada Player Advocacy

I will say i am getting a check for the 4th time, all checks about the same amount in the last 3 months and the ordering of this check is different than the last couple, they needed to verify my ID and then they didnt send the fed ex tracking number with it this time

I would have a problem getting my money off of there fast enough. checks are an option, and a good suggestion, but i have more money on there than i need for my stakes, so i was wondering if anyone has gotten this email before, and if there is a workaround other than what bovada suggested (getting wires to an account under someone else's name).

Opening a business account is a pretty simple remedy. I have had three different business accounts in the past. They also tend to be a little less freaked out by checks from oddball places.

Yea but Bovada hates winning players. So being a winning reg AND trying to get free money from them u we're not offered may piss them off.

A guy at customer support told me it's only because all the other tables are full and that it isn't a glitch on their end. LOL right

Same logic as thinking they rig hands for losing players.

Theoretically it's possible, but extremely unlikely for all the obvious reasons that have been debated for a decade now.

Technically, its almost impossible. They can barely keep their servers up and fix major issues with the client ... took them a year to figure out how to fix the re-buy button. Even briefly considering for a moment that these same programmers are capable of creating a doom-switch (That works) is pretty hilarious.

Also, my anecdotal evidence (which means it is meaningless) would lead me to believe the opposite. I signed up through that link and that day had by far the best session I have had this year and at the same time used my free $11 ticket that we all in NFL south won for a PLO tournament (a game I don't play) and won that tournament.

maybe this is the wrong thread to post this is in but for some reason empty tables are not appearing for anything lower than 3/6 NL right now.

can someone from support let management know so they can fix this?

thanks

Ok. Obviously they aren't going to create a doom switch. Jeezus. Could they close your account, take away some withdrawal options, ect... yea they can.

On a site like Bovada I would be careful trying to 'get too much'. They have control over your money. U have no one to cry to if something happens. If the email says 'u must have received email to enroll' what is to stop them from seeing u violated Terms and Conditions.

Look Bovada is bad enough tying to get money when we get disconnected. I really wasnt serious about Doom switch. But Bovada has shown they don't like regular, withdrawing poker players. Now y'all gonna try to get free money out them? Be careful. They have nothing to lose. On the other hand we do

Bovada ain't PokerStars. They wouldn't give 2 fks to close Ur account n tell u to EAD. Just my opinion as to why I won't register for that promo

You guys who are having trouble finding tables. This is what I do.

To refresh, I click tourney, then sng, then back to cash and it resets the lobby. It's a bitch but just keep repeating until seats open.
