BB. If you fast fold the bb, the $ shows up in your stack if you end up getting a walk, and says so in the chat box.

Ah, the oft-ignored chat box. Thanks sir.

I don't understand how 100 NL zone runs all the time but 50 zone doesn't. Not that I don't mind, but it's just very perplexing.

If bit coin withdrawals become available, does block chain accept withdrawal from gambling sites along with deposits?

Blockchain is just a wallet....one of many options out there. big difference between a wallet and a place like coinbase or circle

sign of a bad poker economy where weak players are going broke faster than ever before. sad.

That doesn't make sense, wouldn't 100 not run but 50 will?

It's kind of a mystery to me. Very often the games seem to play every other stake. So 5nl runs, 10nl doesn't, 25nl runs and 50nl doesn't.

At lower traffic times, the players naturally seem to fall into every other stake level at Zone.

It's like nl10 and nl50 zone are the "tweener" stakes in between 5/25/100. There isn't as much of a demand for them to run because 5/25/100 is already enough options for most players anyway.

Also, filling a zone pool is a catch 22, obviously you need to have players there bring more players in, but no one really wants to be the first ones to sit and wait (esp. when there is already similar games running they can jump in right away). Plus, it's mostly all regs that are willing to play shorthanded in a pool that just started anyway, especially during daytime hours.

Assuming seeding of the Zone games work in a similar way to how Zoom works on Stars: When player pools aren't large enough to sustain round-the-clock play, then players are needed to start the pool running by sitting in and waiting for others and/or playing short-handed for a period of time.

As a decent player is able to make a "reasonable" hourly playing as low as 100NL on Bovada, but not so much at 50NL, a threshold exists between these two stakes. So it's quite possible there are simply more grinders willing to help get the pool started at 100NL.

When I organised Zoom Pool starters at Full Ring, originally at 200NL and then later at 100NL, we had a handful of players synchronised to try and kickstart the pool at a certain time of day. As long as we reached a critical mass of players then often the pool would grow fairly rapidly and be able to sustain itself.

I only have limited experience of dabbling with Zone so I would bow to a better explanation from a more experienced player, but the above is my best logical guess based off of my experience with fledgling Zoom pools.

This makes a lot of sense. It is probably the fact there's more regs that play around the clock at 100 than at 50. I just find it very odd that 100 is always running but 50 isn't.

Yeah, I'm sure there are full time pros that play 100zone, while 50zone grinders don't make as much, thus are more likely to have 'real' jobs, so there aren't enough of them online during the day to start the pool.

The 10NL pool is lacking too.
There is always a 5 and 25.

Assuming my speciation above isn't a million miles out, then it follows that would-be 50NL players would drop down to 25NL. Hence we'd be left with a 100 pool seeded by the lowest tier of pros/semi-pros, with those playing 50 and below concentrated at 25, and then there would be pools being formed from the lowest stakes upwards; first 5NL then followed by 10NL when traffic allows.

It is literally taking like 30 seconds for a table to open up tonight. Is anyone else having issues?

Yeah you definitely want a middle man wallet when doing the bitcoin. I would actually directly deposit with coinbase with no problems but whenever I did withdraws, would always use blockchain first then send to coinbase. Then from coinbase to the good ol bank account. God bless bitcoin.

Seriously, this is a game changer.

Now if these dang hosers would fix their crappy software, that would be swell. What the hell is taking these clowns so long? Have seen zero progress in weeks.

Other than converting points to tournament tickets, what are they good for? Also, how long do the points last? (like in my local casino, I have to use points withing 15 months. The points from 15 months ago, are first used or roll off unused).

Converting points to tickets is generally all you can do with the points. Recently there has also been a conversion for points to casino and sports bonus'.

How long the points last can vary. On the page that you convert the points, there is a an expiration date for each specific point conversion.

Now Bitcoin withdrawal will be even better. Maybe we can do more than one free a month. Hoping ...
