On a site like Bovada I would be careful trying to 'get too much'. They have control over your money. U have no one to cry to if something happens. If the email says 'u must have received email to enroll' what is to stop them from seeing u violated Terms and Conditions.
Look Bovada is bad enough tying to get money when we get disconnected. I really wasnt serious about Doom switch. But Bovada has shown they don't like regular, withdrawing poker players. Now y'all gonna try to get free money out them? Be careful. They have nothing to lose. On the other hand we do
Bovada ain't PokerStars. They wouldn't give 2 fks to close Ur account n tell u to EAD. Just my opinion as to why I won't register for that promo
Again theoretically yes, but what evidence do you have that they do this?
I have never heard of them closing someone's account for anything besides being accused of cheating/colluding/chipdumping. If they were closing people's accounts because they signed up for a promotion they weren't invited to we would of heard about it by now.
You are way too paranoid. Any reasonable person interprets "you must have received email to enroll" to mean you may not be eligible to receive the bonus. No reasonable person would interpret that as your account will be banned if you sign up for this without being invited.
