When you guys get "foreign" checks, google the routing number on the bottom of the check. I get the sense a bunch of you are being told these are foreign checks by brain dead bank tellers when in fact they're not. An ATM that reads checks > brain dead teller when it comes to this type of thing.

i just to another wire from a withdrawl dated 5/6 . the only problem is there was 300 dollars shaved off of it.... anyone else have this issue before?

I deposited a check yesterday from Bovada and expected a three day to three month wait. I got access to the funds the next day. Either the bank trusts me or everything is ok. Bovada is probably happy to see me gone for now as I made a 200% profit for what I deposited with them. Glad to be out of them for now at least until I feel they are getting it together and paying in less than 2 months.

I bank at both a large, corporate bank as well as a small community bank. I feel way more comfortable sending these checks through a teller at a community bank, than taking my chances on the ATM.

There was a thousand off one of mine lol...They told me they couldn't do wires more than 5 thousand at a time so they come separate...

this wire was for <5k . req 3 k and got like 2.7K

I'm originally from a very rural area. Tell your bank to start serving their customers, lol. To have a bank without an ATM is absurd.

I am sure of that, too. My point still stands. The small town bank needs to take a step out of the stone age and offer something services to their customers. It's not really worth discussing any longer as it will just become a huge derail of the thread.

Check your Bovada mail by logging in via the website...One guy had to receive his payment in something other than USD and it auto converts & what you get may be higher or lower than what you cashed out....Bovada told him tough luck

I attempted to deposit the last check I received to two separate major bank's ATMs and it was rejected both times. Teller worked fine, probably because I already had sufficient funds in my account.

Ive had this happen once too at a major bank fwiw. The check did end up being fine.
