Have you read the thread?

The probability of a bounced check based off of the last 6 months of posts is probably something like 2%. Bovada always makes it right if this does happen.

There are a few people who are experiencing 2 month delays but that seems to be past us as people are already receiving checks from end of May and even the beginning of June. ETA for a check currently is < 1 month I would estimate and is probably getting quicker and quicker.

Still waiting on tracking # for payout approved on 4/30. Called bovada again today---info--maybe get tracking # next week--- so frustrating.

Also, approved for another payout on 5/31---the way it's going it probably will be late July or August for that money.

best way is to do a large check, the wires are taken ever longer and much more of a hassle...they will send you a 3k check every 2-4 weeks ,there is no good way to get money of the site..

Glad you got your money Malilla--what was that about 39 days. That is terrible.

Guess I will have to wait longer-requested payout on 4/29. On Monday it will be thirty days-since approved--not counting Saturdays and Fed Ex-does deliver on Saturdays. If you count Saturdays and even take out Memorial Day it's 34 days.

Maybe their processors don't work on Saturdays...

I don't know Halstad if the processors work on Saturdays---but if they don't they should---there is no excuse with all the people owed money that are waiting over 30+ days for payouts.

I doubt Bovada owns the processors, who are they tell another business what to do?

Doubtful WalMart will take it and you shouldn't cash it there anyway in case their is a problem with the check. Take it to your bank.

Halstad, if they contract with the processors, they can determine terms of the contract-including processing time.

Bovada wants to limit their own risk. They don't want to hand over a bunch of $ and have it seized or stolen by processors. So they do incremental batches of checks (and why the check limit is $3k whereas few years ago there was no limit). Which is annoying and slow for players, but I certainly understand it.

The delay from cashouts initiated in early-mid April is pretty clearly when a processor stole the $ or the $ got seized. New payouts are being processed quickly, whereas they are just now getting to the mid-april cashouts.

I mean it sucks, but this is online poker in 2012 for Americans. Bodog is not really the one to be mad at. They would love to be able to cut $10k checks and wire you $10k at a time within a week if they could

This is what ive been saying all along! Bovada didn't want to announce this for fear of losing players!

When has a poker room or sportsbook ever announced that they had money seized?

I asked what this was for and they mentioned it was for last month. Maybe i have bad memory, but i had thought they reimbursed me for last months mistake but they told me they didn't. Fine thats great. Well then i asked how come i didn't get reimbursed for the additional $50 i got charged then. They tell me its one free payout every 30 days. Ever since i been on bodog many many years ago, it was one free payout every calendar month. So if you request a payout say February 23 by fedex for free... you can request another one on march 2 by fedex for free. I know some sportsbetting sites use every 30 days since last withdrawal but I'm 100 percent sure bovada is per calendar month. I mean... you even see this on the payout page. Are they right here? They are clearly wrong if you read the fine print.

Also, im not sure what this method they are doing is called. Its not slowplaying but what they doing that makes me upset is they dont let me withdraw my entire balance by making these cashout mistakes. I mean last month i wanted to withdraw my 1900 balance only to get 1750 and get 150 reimbursed to my account. So i figured whatever, i will just withdraw the 150 in june as i had no intention of playing especailly with a small balance but of course i played a bit and didn't want to pay a $40 fee just to get $150 so i waited a few weeks till June 1st.

So now i want to withdraw full balance of $300 and only get $250 and then get $150 reimbursed. Hell i should be getting bonus money like the others here who had those problems with checks since they are basically never letting me withdraw my entire balance that i should have had in may since that was my last western union payout i wanted. I hear people here got like $500 in bonus money due to these cashout problems which is very fair considering they are just holding our money.

Does anyone find this scummy of them in my situation? Fine they made the mistake last month but yet again this month when i told them specifically make sure my fees are reimbursed since its a new calendar month? What i dont get is they tell me i see your last request by WU before june 1st was on may 14th. And since thats not 30 days.. you get charged for the WU withdraw. Its calendar month... so now its 30 days? They tell me if i want to request a WU payout for free, i have to wait till june 14th. Does this make even any sense? Why wasn't my payout on june 1st free since its a calendar month. My previous withdraws were sometimes first of the month but other times wasn't yet i always got reimbursed.

I also played a bit more and up the balance to $300 again this time. So if i withdraw by western union on june 14th and request my balance, who thinks they going to make another mistake and put $250 this time as oppose to my whole balance?

The real reason why i'm upset here is i really think bovada is intentionally making me not withdraw my whole balance so that i could continue playing and generate more rake for them. I mean, i know sportsbooks have these tricks and all but i have no intention of playing anymore but i obviously did because they make the cashout mistake.... not once by TWICE after i spoke to them on the phone to make sure my western union payout was full balance with my fees reimbursed and they assured me it would be.

Anyone have thoughts on this? I mean, if i have no intention of playing on a site anymore and i want my entire balance out lets just say it was for something small like $100... does anyone agree that i have a right to be upset? I had a few grand on full tilt poker and never played there much after playing on stars but just wanted money there in case i wanted to play some games on full tilt but never withdrew so that was my fault. But i did wanted to cashout during this time but didn't because i read a lot about the cashout problems on full tilt a few months before black friday so i waited until people said okay checks and those direct bank transfers are now good but obviously it was too late.

But bovada doing this is really starting to make me wonder if they are doing this intentionally to me. One mistake last month is fine... but twice in a row after i spoke to someone on the phone to make sure this doesnt happen again and it happens... I honestly think this is BS.

Anyone else have opinion on this?

Requested a payout for 500 on 4/28, it was approved on 4/29. Just called them today and was told they can't give me any time frame as to when it may arrive. I have only played here for the last 3 months or so. First cashout. Holy geez, these clowns suck. Oh yeah, it is June 9th and the approval email I received on 4/29 said it should be 15 business days.

I'm in the same boat Smokewagon. I called on Friday and they gave me the same story. I requested on 4/29, approval on 4/30-awaiting a $3000.00 payout. Such a mess!
