I recently started on 888, but have been getting extremely frequent disconnects over the first couple of days. Is this a recent problem or has this always happened? I can't really play like this, losing tons of value in pots, and having to reseat at tables takes a lot of time actually.

It's a problem going on for months if not years. This is the most undeveloped poker software you'll probably find out there. Even smaller networks/rooms offer better solution as this 888 sh... does.

I am not sure how much money I lost so far over all the disconnects. But wouldn't be suprised if it is going to be a four digit amount already (and I am playing Nl50). I got disconected in so many 3bet pots already, flopped sets on the flop and disconnected, couldnt manage to call the stone called nuts on the river in 200bb pots because of disconnects. Sat out with a descent stack in MTTs etc.

And the best thing: If you complain, you get your buy in back or if they feel happy, you recieve a ticket for a 1k freeroll with 10k players which of course crashes :-) I am not sure if 888 is an online gambling company or a comedy club.

The $10K Guarantee Turbo ($5) has disconnected 4 times now with two system-wide pauses. I play poker as a relaxing diversion -- this is more stressful than an ex-wife yelling in my ear.

/888, comparing your site to an ex-wife is not a compliment and should encourage you to fix the disconnect issue ASAP (Pull all developers off the critical projects of creating new things to throw and moving the money-deposit-bundle around if need be --- IT IS THAT SERIOUS!)

FWIW Stars been lagging/having strong disconections issues last days too.

Again a disconnect, but the tournaments I'm in have been paused. Seems they are aware and working on it.

some of mtt my kept running during disconnects as i saw in the handhistory and i folded some premium hands due to that - now i really expect some refunds/compensation here

It is ok that you run mtt promos and freerolls but instead of running 3 daily shovefests for 6k daily wouldn't it be better to fix this ****ing ****

What a mess.

On their facebook page I saw that the person in charge of the facebook page had told people to use the instant play link. Might be useful if you're deep in an MTT and get disconnected. Not much use if you play a few cash tables at the same time though. But it also explains why some players are still connected whilst most of us are not.

@888 Rep, can you please ask whoever has answers, how I can go about withdrawing all of my funds? I don't have 2, 3, 4? weeks to wait around, and most of my bankroll was just deposited on LuckyAce poker last week before all of this got so bad. I would like to have my bankroll so that I can play poker somewhere.

888 is pretty much impossible to play on these days. Really hope they fix this quickly.

Hi there. sincer 888 is in control of LAP how about telling us when we can receive an update for the LAP software .. i am interested in the "Discuss a deal" option. And if thats not possible why don`t you transfer somehow LAP accounts into 888 so we all have the same privileges. thanks

Ugh.. you're one of those guys.. Come if from left field and dive into a conversation that you were not a part of.

But I can say that is sure does help to have hands on your opponents, and it is something that is affordable and available to everyone equally, so if you are playing without HH who cares, that is your choice. Good Luck!

It's not the software, it's a part of their servers. I am from Romania and I played these days without any problems.
