An option to turn off your alarms please. I have to turn down the volume of my PC when I play on 888 because of your horrible time down alert, and somehow you've made it even worse.

We've all had this problem in the past and unfortunately there is no feasible solution.

If it's for your own records then you could total up win/losses for the session and create or edit a hand history to reflect your profit/loss so your yearly results are accurate.

If it's for a backer/horse thing then just share the excel email with your backer like I did in the past and I'm sure he'll be fine with that.

As you probably are aware we have been experiencing some network latency issues in the last few days and these also cause that some members cannot login at all.
For now we unfortunately do not have an ETA but our technical department is working on a solution around the clock.

Once we have an update, we will let you know in this thread.

I do not quite understand the last thing you say. I want to import the history of my BDD HM2. I lost two days ago. I have seen tutorials to change the file format, but does not detect HM2 me. ty

Yeah the problem is with the format that they provide the hand histories in excel. It won't be recognisable by HM2 even if you export the text from excel to word first.

More disconnections for 3 or 4 minutes just now.
I cant believe a company valued at 560 mill sterling close of play on Friday, which relies on the internet for business, relies on such **** technology.

You are taking the flack of late because guys have no where else to vent. Nothing personal towards you, I'm sure (though, in fairness, if you are going to address some comments while skipping others I can understand those skipped getting justifiably angry).

As for 888, this software update could only be described as a disaster because it was done without consultation with existing players and was obviously not properly tested beforehand if the bet-slider problem is any indication (I don't know if the disconnection issue is related to it, but nothing surprises me anymore).

Of course I want 888 to fix the problems ASAP, but after you do that and fire the brain-dead, non-poker playing Exec who was behind these changes you need to seriously adopt player consultation into your model. Tell the higher-ups to comb this thread for suggested improvements because I haven't seen one change recently introduced that would make the top 30 suggested changes list you can find in this thread (Changes that would help 888 become more popular and, in turn, more profitable). Also, before you make a change put it out there for comment and, if you still decide to go ahead with it, TEST, TEST, and TEST again before you make it a reality.

The bet slider screw-up tells anyone that cares to look that whomever made that change did not bother to play a single simulated game to see if the changes were correct. That really is unacceptable and indefensible.

I took the weekend off, but I might as well make it a long-weekend. Will check in again on Tuesday which should be more than enough time to get things right if getting things right really is the priority you say it is.
