i dont play as high as fox does (because he's the endboss). but what he describes is a real problem and you should look into fixing it 888 rep. the cartel/mob mentality that people have on the games is outrageous. in addition to that, free-handers are such a big problem that i've complained about in this thread and via email in the past. is there not something you can do?

We do not approve more than 3 players per table without play, and we will take it up with the players in question here.

History so far,,,,,

I signed up to 888 a few months back (username : hannyug ) and played some freerolls

Then someone staked me $20 to play some poker for him and he transferred to me, and i played some poker and pushed up the roll to $122

When I tried to transfer back $100 to my staker for his stakeback and profit, I got a pop up saying

'' Your account has been restricted. In order to disband your limited access, please use Verify ID tool. ''

I used the tool, and uploaded id card with photo front and back and my latest bank statement.

I got an email back from cassava two days later to confirm my address as the address on the bank statement was slightly different from the address I had used to sign up with. (one was my post box rental address and the other the physical address). I confirmed to them my physical address on the bank statement.

They replied back two days later that the account was verified and all restrictions lifted.

I went back to cashier and tried to transfer again, same popup as above.

I sent back email to cassava and told them this, they said as far as they know all restrictions had been lifted and asked me to contact 888support on email

888support went through the whole thing again asking me to send in documents, which i did and i got a reply back within a few days that my account had been verified and all restrictions lifted

I tried the cashier again and STILL the same above popup came up

I was now getting very frustrated.

I sent emails again to cassava and support. Cassava replied back that my account is fine and there are no restrictions.

Support sent me 2 different responses today

you have to make deposits , otherwise you cant transfer . what is so difficult to make a deposit by skrill? this rule is against fraudulents accounts. washing money. and is a good rule .

What is not ok is that should not let you to receive money .to many people abuses promotions and other stuff and they collude or do other things.

You realize that most sites require you to deposit as well before you can withdraw? Or did you not intend to ever get some of your profit off? Might as well deposit now, take the freebies that come with it and be good to go for cashing out if the need arises.

I agree on the issue that if I am not allowed to transfer to others, then others should not be allowed to transfer to me too, in which case, I wouldn't have accepted any staking offer from anyone, I wouldn't have made them $$'s and I wouldn't need to transfer them back their investments with profit, which I eventually did do from another site after being accused of being a 'scammer' and trying to 'cheat' them from their money and profits.

For withdrawing offsite, yes, I can understand that, but not for transferring to other players on site. If and when I do reach the stage of wanting to cash out any large profits I may make on the site, then I can make a deposit to facilitate that, but, until then I have sent in documents, ids, bank statements several times, and got my account verified, so why should I be forced to deposit funds TWICE just to allow me to transfer back to other players on site? it's not as if the money is going into my pockets, its going back to investors who trusted and invested in me.

At one point support even said I needed to earn 20more bonus points to allow me to transfer, which I did earn and more on top, then they change their song again, this is not how you treat your clients who are using your site, playing a ton of poker, generating rake, etc.

Anyway, until this is resolved or a compromise reached, I am not going to be playing on this site, and, really don't need to, as there are tons of other sites where I am actively playing, sending and receiving monies, and paying rake without being badgered into making TWO deposits, which deposits I have no need of as I get staked for all my games.

There are no "888 mods", however one of their site representatives checks into the thread regularly and should be fairly easy to find when browsing the last few pages.
