I got a solid 20 min session before all tables disconnect.. Another thing that causes an uneasy feeling, is watching your cashier balance jump all over the place after if reconnects.. Hard to believe that a few transactions don't get lost in the disconnect.. Again I play on LAP, live in Thailand. I see others commenting on LAP working now, but for me it is still terrible.

I've not played a single hand on there since I asked the question if it was just me that was having disconnects on the 7th of July.

I don't know why you all bother until it's fixed. The life tilt just isn't worth it.

It's so sick that MTT guys can get refunds but cash guys are just told to lap it up when getting disconnected in pots where you have $ invested. We pay way more rake.

OMG that is awful, playing those stakes and losing that money from disconnecting should be dealt with. In reality even playing the stakes I play, losing 20-40bb has the same effect to my bankroll.

Dear 888 rep, you are doing a good job here and I am sorry that it is you, that has to make all the excuses for your company on this forum. But please, please do something within your company and get rid of your entire tech team or what ever they consider themselves. It is absolutely undiscussable how your highest management can allow such amateurs to run and ruin an online gambling site (not to mention the 2nd largest).

I am always wondering why recreational players did not already leave entirely. I mean those players experience the same sh... as we do almost each and every day and there are so many alternatives to play. 888 could be so great and could be a true alternative to Stars but since years I get the feeling you do not intend to become one. Why?! Please, please skip the next promo and instead invest the 1 Mio $ into a new team, rent/lease a stable server, buy/develope a new software or what ever it takes to allow players to experience a single day without any malfunction or server crashes.
