Open the Windows Task-Manager (CTRL+ALT+DEL), kill the "poker.exe" (thats the client process) and try again. Works for me so far, but I have to do it everytime I try to open the client. Something is definitely wrong there.

Just had an LOL moment
Signed in and was greeted with another Spin promotion (Summer Splash?) that required me to spin to see what I would win.

I spun, hit what I thought was 2 free tickets and then was greeted with a message about technical difficulties and that I should try again later or contact member support.

888, stop the promos and everything else until you can be certain that barring Sun spots or an attack by all of Anonymous and the US government that disconnections won't be a problem.

We are continuing to put all of our efforts into fixing the network issues that have been causing the disconnections but unfortunately these issues have not yet been resolved. For this reason we will cancel The Volcano tonight and lower the GTD of the Tuesday Challenge and possibly a couple of other tournaments. If you play and suffer disconnections that materially affect you, please contact support in order to be refunded. We apologize for the inconvenience this is causing you and hope to sort out the issues ASAP.

I just played 90 min session for first time in over 1 week, with no disconnections, and just as important, none of my waitlist seats were given away when joining tables. If this were to continue I would be very happy!

You're not sure if the instant play link still works for the lucky ace players? Lucky ace players have to ask around like we are selling stolen Cartier watches from The inside of a trenchcoat just to download the software.This has been like this for us for a long time now and the fact that there has been zero update really shows what kind of a slimy company this is.

I can't remember what he said the 888 logo means but he said 888 don't serve Bulgarians therefor it can't be players from Bulgaria

Played a 2nd session of 2 hours today with zero disconnections!

But, I lost several seats from my waitlists again, it seems there is something going on with the rat hole tables, I notice that I lose the waitlist seat everytime when it asks me to sit down with the same amount and I click ok.
