I never said that I am currently playing on 888. But your remark of not deserving a refund when it's clearly 888 at fault seems ridiculous.

reinstalled software etc.

I actually like the screen names being clipped if it hinders players using scripting seating programs. If it does not, I don't see a reason for it.

Priority number 1 should be the disconnection issue. Nothing else mattes until that is resolved.

Once it is, I would work on the bet slider issue (make it customizable or at least accurate) and then table sizing. These problems should not be that hard to fix for a billion dollar company when the number one company in the sector does not seem to experience these same issues, or, if they do, to any degree close to 888.

Time to bring in some people that know what they are doing and to fire the person and tech team behind this recent update as they obviously did not fully test it before imposing it on your players.

they tested the new software before by others players , it was reported that is full of bugs and they still released the new beta !

At the same time I can say that U should improve drastically Yours email support and improve Yours IT team, because I don't get it how cant U fix this lags or simple things like pot buttons, that crazy alert sound for 1.5 week.

Min table size/ Bet slider fix should be fixed within the next few days. Disconnections - We are very much aware of how serious this issue is for player experience and it is our top priority to fix this.

Not going to say this is being done on purpose, so I won't.

Instead I will say it looks like it is being done on purpose, like a hacker if not an inside job.

I think the explanation given that it was an error with the upgrade sounds possible.

The reason why I even hinted at a hacker or an inside job is because in the tournament I was just playing in, all the disconnects were different and could even be played through. But when I went all-in I got a completely different error than was happening during the rest of the tournament.

This is the 1st time playing on this particular site (during the issues that is) and i didn't get a screenshot.

Recent events have made me think of quitting poker altogether , especially because Im a tournament player, but if I ever decide to play poker again I will have my finger on the print screen button.

Connection has been terrible since the update, why not roll back to a working version until you figure this one out?

The update has a lot more negatives than positives anyway.

Played for a bit with no server disconnection, but the client just freezes and i can`t take any actions until i get timed out. Is anyone else also getting client or table freezing ?
