I understand you don't deal with them on here as this is the 888 thread.
However, the suppiort hotline I get when I click on the cashier is the same in the 888 cashier as in the lotus cashier.
Also, when I click on live chat support in the lotuspoker cashier, it sends me to the 888 live chat.
However, both ways I can't contact support (neither through lotuspoker nor 888poker client ('live chat presently unavailable')).
So from what I understand, live chat support is not for the individual site, the live chat support is responsible for 888holdings itself and all its sites, however, on neither site I can't reach anyone.

I'm in Thailand and I'm unable to log in today. The problems started last night, I was playing MTTs and the MTT lobbies were completely blank...I kept closing them and reopening them but there were completely blank...I was able to finish the tournies with no lobby.

But today the 888 client won't open. I tried to go to the web site to redownload the software but the web site won't load too.

888 was working here in Australia last night, I could log on anyway, however this morning the same issue as yesterday that everyone else is experiencing.

Also thanks to the reps who post here - its not their fault when these things arise. Thanks for the updates, hopefully this issue can be resolved soon.

Same for me. Has been happening for about two days. It just sits at the loading screen but doesn't go any further. I tried uninistalling the client but then the site wouldn't work to download it again.

Last night I got a window of about 3 hours where it did work - the site let me download the client and I re installed it and it worked, but now again it is back to how it was - not loading.

Any word from 888?

Of course the discussion ends up in beeing an evidence that online gambling and online poker on 888 is rigged as you clearly can see when spinning that stupid wheel.

Recommend you better put another "eye catcher" online or change the spin winning structure to the probability as it is supposed to be.

I'm not saying you're wrong, but using it is different than it being allowed. Seating scripts aren't allowed, but most of the regs in my games use them.

I'm wondering if they're actually allowed or not.
