Yeh sure if you play 1c/2c or 2c/5c and some MTTs then and now it ok to think like that. But if you put the hours and try to make some money the rake does make a huge difference! Whats the point of playing this game if its almost imposible to beat it cause the rake is to high! For exemple PLO NL50/NL100 ist almost unbeateble because the rake! On NL Texas Holdem you have to pay at NL100 12$ in 100Hands to play! Now tell me how fun is this when i have to pay so much money to play an online game.

If the rake's too high for you go somewhere else. Most sites are winding down rakeback or getting rid of it. So get used to it.

So you are saying that all the fish are equally on same level and nobody can win from each other. All they do is deposit more and generate rake, right.

If you take NL100 as an example - There are regs who are playing 6-8 hours a day keeping the games active and running. The same guys might win 1-3k per month and pay rake 4-6k. Do you really think that does bring any value for the site?

If the rake is too high, the game changes so that regs are only bumhunting. There are less tables and less activity. Is that valuable for poker site?

Yeah but they aren't putting you to a flat 0% first and force to play -ev games.

Yes, open a US$ bank account in the UK.
Deposit the US$ "cheque" you receive from 888 in it and then convert on your own at the best rates you can find (usually not the bank).

The scratch cards are given for each 5th level you pass from the level you started from. It is a benefit to start from higher levels as you are eligible to more exclusive freerolls. As previously explained, the new rewards program is not based on rakeback. Ok, so I played 3 days (even 3 in a row) and my status is not updated - there is info that it may take 72hrs, but here is a question. WHat happens with rake from all those games played between completing level (in theory) and updating by 888? Do I lose all this rake, or it will be updated in 72hrs and at this point Im already completing challenges on higher level and just dont see it?

I already contacted 888 support and I got the following feedback:

"In order to connect to our servers from behind a Firewall, you will need to ensure that the following ports are open:

701, 4095, 4096, 7100, 7200, 7500, 8500 and 8520"

Firewall was disabled but installation did not start...

Is it possible that java, IE or any other sw is not up to date?
