They would infest 2 to 4 tables from the $26 to $100 level and were probably 51% winners (both very exploitable IMO -- though they did win more than they lost). I also see a lot less action on the higher stakes. Perhaps the change to the already uncompetitive rakeback (to make it more so!) was a mistake.

As I said before, all 888 has to do is match PStars on rake and compete on being better regulated and without the tainted FTP-association and it will slowly increase its share.

Ahhh, now I see, so I have won a ticket to the "Battle of Nations" then? So why don't they simply say that? When I spin the wheel I win a ticket to a $1000 tournament, so of course I have been trying to register to any $1000 tournament I see...but they charge me real money for it so I have been wondering where is this $1000 tournament that I keep winning tickets to if they are making me pay for any $1000 tournament I try to enter.

It might help if you just say "You have won a ticket to the Battle of nations Free Tournament". I wasted a lot of time looking for this $1000 tournament that doesn't exist.

I contacted Pacific due to the fact that I couldn't login to my account for 12 + hours and a $30 tournament ticket that I had won had expired during this time. I tried both my computers to login. Pacific has refused to reinstate the ticket and didn't even respond to my issues with connecting to the site. This problem occurred the next day also.

Aside from this I would like to point out that your site giving only a 14 day period to use the ticket gives the impression you don't want the ticket to be played and expiry is what you are hoping for. On your competitor site Party Poker, tournament tickets won have a life of ten years and Pokerstars tickets have no expiry at all.

Regardless of your short expiry time on your tickets, I could not use the ticket I had due to technical difficulties your site was having so therefore I would like my ticket to be reinstated.
