Yeah, it's been like this off and on everyday for the last 2 weeks.
I've been able to log-on at least once a day, but usually I get that message.

Happens to me all day today. Wasnt able to play. I get this "Something went wrong. Please try again.

Tried reinstalling the software. But it's stuck at 1%.

The problem is that the majority of players have no login issues so we are trying to understand why most players can login no problem yet others can't.

888rep, im having the same login issues every single week, mostly on Sundays when traffic is a bit higher. The last 3 Sundays, I havent been able to log in. Getting the "oops, something went wrong, please try again later." message.

I am using a Macbook pro laptop in Canada.

You’re either very naive or being deceitful

A majority of players either don’t email you about the problem or have emails sitting in your inbox for weeks like everyone else. I have problems everyday i’ve tried to log on for months and so has everyone else. Maybe the bots on your sute have no problems so yes that would equate to the “majority” of players you’re correct.

This has worked for me guys since 888 is in public denial mode and just useless and unwilling or unable to upgrade/optimize their servers and client to fix this issue

- try to log in 10+ times it eventually works

- restart your computer

- Uninstall software using iobit uninstaller, reboot computer and reinstall

Christ on a bike, actually got it to install today (although it made no desktop or start menu entries), worked for a while until it disconnected, it oddly kept the table open when it reconnected and could play, but the lobby was on an unending reconnecting loop and i couldn't open the tourney lobby as it thought i wasn't even on the internet... not ideal in a satellite but anyway, finish that, close program, running program does nothing, reinstall, it works for two hours then the client closes on its own for no reason, the executable now isn't even in the folder i installed it to, try redownloading the installer, it fails, now i can't even download the installer. There were better more reliable clients fifteen years ago, this is a joke

Also for some reason the title on the download page thinks I'm Spanish

Hi All

I need help please. i have been playing poker and casino games at 888 for the last 5 weeks. i am getting constant technical issues at very suspicious times.
for example getting disconnected from poker room when at final tables and in all in hands and ahead after being connected successfully for 10 -20 hours then when i eventually get back i am knocked out and cant return to the table??? there are many software issues
Tonight is the finnal straw i was playing live blackjack with side bets. hit a straight and did not get paid i asked the dealer and he checked and said yes i did hit and was not paid and he trans fared me to support (while i was still playing). support came on and i told them what happened and they said hold on a minuit while they checked.
at the time i was siting at 2 pots playing two hands one of which i doubled down on the other is indicated to split.
then before the hand was over i got disconnected completely form the casino and could not get back in.
i restarted my computer and tried again to log in but keept getting the message that the url was not accepted please contact administrator???
what the hell is going on with this site is it a complete sham?

Can the 888 rep please supply a phone number that does work to get in contact directly?
even during covid 19 lock downs the online work force is still active surely.

It is not good enough to have second rate software and leave players just hanging out with no customer service at all.
it will be the end for 888 if they dont fix the problems and start responding to the players.
And i am not a small ball player i deposited over 2000 in last 3 weeks alone.

Thank you for answering, I have tried every way to get through to support in my poker account i can go into cashier but there is no help section.
In my casion account which i access through my poker account i cant get into the cashier? are they different accounts? if so how does my balance automatically follow me to both?
My screen name in poker is - seanachai
My screen name in casino is upupup

Really do need to clear some issue up and to be honest the mail system does not work.
is there a technical support number and also a accounts support number.
so once the technical support clears up the issues then i can go to the main support about not getting paid in the casino ect.
I like the site in general and it is a real pitty there are so many issues as i have tried a lot of otheres but like 888 better in general if it worked right.
