also ive (and others i think) have said before: its really messed up when buying with a ticket the pop up comes up and its automatically selected for the cash buy in first. cant imagine the misclicks of people buying in w cash when they want to use their ticket.... just auto use the tickets first

i was making fun of the table font with stack sizes etc is using like a bubble/cartoony looking font and is not easy on the eyes when playing

What kind of a scam are you running? Where you are ignoring basic and fundamental proofs of fairness to your customers who choose to brave the terrible software, the hoards of Eastern European colluders and bots (to be fair they do keep your cash games alive, without them they would be absolutely dead) and the undeserving high rake.


You MUST be breaking licensing agreements. There is no way you are upholding fairness to all customers. You can’t even answer emails, or provide stable software. What a time to be a colluder or cheat on 888, just a baron highway to speed on for such filth.

That's funny, as the only time I've ever emailed 888 support I got my issue solved within a couple of days through just one email. Maybe they're running the old inverse sort by newest email received in terms of how they order their support queue. I'm guessing you've never worked in a customer facing role, but do you think that sending a ton of irate emails is actually going to get *any* company to prioritise replying to you?

I deleted my software nearly two weeks ago but upon reading older posts here I now realise that its not fully gone. I have deleted everything with 888 or pacific poker or any obvious link to the two.

I noticed a folder called bundle which contains a compressed(zipped) folder called media and an application called 7za which was made by a company igor pavlov. I noticed the 7za thing was also in the pacific folder.

Are these items part of the 888 software? I don't want to delete them or access them until I am sure what they are. Could you let me know what these are please Rep? thanks.
