After 20 emails back and forth between support and I, they have now finally explained they did not credit me a refund (during the connection issues a few weeks ago now) in a 44$ PKO I was knocked out of due to their software reading a “call” as an “all in” which I have provided them proof of because I “finished in the money”. I did not. I finished In roughly 50th, 20 or so places outside of the money. I pointed this out to them 6 times in emails, which were ignored. They have eventually accepted that 5 members of staff who dealt with this were “mistaken”, and clearly did not understand what a PKO was, as they “assumed I had gotten back into the tournament and finished in the money as you received a return”. The returns being KO bounties. Not finishing in the money. So they didn’t check if I did, they told me I was wrong half a dozen times. They’ve admitted to not even watching the video...

Guess what the outcome is? Go on, guess @888rep?

all this, especially the bold parts are baffling.

I didnt think it could be as bad as the comments but it really is.

There is a lot of wasted space in the new design. Everything is too small.

The time for hero makes me feel like im running out because it moves fast. Maybe just me.

Also is the only way to tag players now with colours? No chicken/fish/donkey etc images?

Sir, ive been playing in 888 since you started your operations. I love the site, play there almost everyday but RN its unplayable.

Iam using 888 caption to edit the layout but its still unplayable. You cant multi-tabling.

The size of the tables is terrible. Th free space on the bottom is terrible. The hero spot is awful. The 4 color deck is way worst than in the old version. The action info its impossible to follow.

This is not an upgrade. Its not a question of getting used. This is a downgrade, but a big one.

I have access to a chat with 180 players and everyone was upset, sad, unmotivated with this layout. We want to play but its impossible. pfff

Bounty tournaments - Show the amount you actually get. Why is this taking so long.

888 employees. Go use GGpoker software, Pokerstars or even Party and than tell us what the problem is with your software.

Like others have mentioned, it doesn’t seem like there is anyone with any poker expertise whatsoever making decisions or developing the software . You’ve become a third world country in the online poker market from a players gaming experience perspective. It seems you are trying to come from a fun angle but whats fun about tables freezing everyday? Being disconnected everyday? Not being able to log in everyday? Having so many dumb software features that make playing unenjoyable like others have mentioned. Not having player friendly features (If your goal is to have less pros at least make the software enjoyable to use for amateurs - again go play on GGPoker, it’s lightyears ahead of you in terms of fun and usability). Not being able to contact support or be refunded for problems that occur - basic refunds that we are entitled too, not even above and beyond service like compensation for lost equity, you do not even provide minimal standards of service and now your software is not even minimal industry standard and you are here asking whats wrong! Go look in the mirror boss!

LOL to those who’ve said 888 has actually lost traffic during the pandemic. Is there any actual stats to show this? I’d guess their spike has been substantially lower than other sites with a high churn because of the unplayable software and terrible (invisible) customer support.

At the end of the day this is how 888 holdings chooses to operate their poker business and it sucks

Did you guys do any consumer testing for the new software? It is pure aids. I'll be cashing out and not returning - as will many others - whilst this eye cancer is being used.

The software is only new for players who were on the old version.
The current software has been running for over 2 years.

Still getting the log-in error. (oops something went wrong). Been many days without logging in now! Support have been in touch but their genius suggestion of restarting my PC and modem didn't solve anything.
Anyone have any miracle solutions or can I ask support to manually cash out for me and give up? If what everyone is saying about notes suddenly being gone is true then don't think I want to keep playing on 888 anyways.

Why does the pc version differ from the app? I can still tag players as fish, donkey etc on the app.

Thanks rep. Support has already been in touch but after following their suggestions I still can't log-in so just wanted to see if anyone on here had any better solutions.
