* Also, Lightening 8-max $12 has wrong table graphics and wrong info displayed (on Android) within tournamnet lobby (They both still say 6-max)

* Also, pop up windows are not displaying graphics, they are now just white boxes without a 'close window' button. This means, the hardly welcomed "congrats you finished 512/635" message and rebuy messages are not working correctly and can only be closed by going to the windows bar.

* Also, PLEASE add a deposit confirmation button within the cashier. I accidentally deposited $750 when I really wanted to withdraw. Cost me a lot of money due to your conversion rates.

Still the rebuy pop up window doesnt work so cant rebuy. In the 8-max lighteneing which is sometimes called the 6 max lightening, depoending on where you look. Great continuity there, a really professional site, well done.

Very good question, in light of there being different T&Cs for the recent rake back spin promotion, for different players. Consider some recent correspondence I had regarding this.

We do have a few promotions that are divided into different member tiers though and this one was one of them. In these cases, the individual terms & conditions are being sent to the members in order to avoid confusion.

Membership tiers seem to be based on rates of deposit and as far I see it higher depositors (losing players) are given more generous conditions for the promos.

In the best case, they will tell us some kind of stupidity that does not explain anything.
There is no feedback. I'm afraid that all this is intended.

My main grievance is the terrible lack of transparency in their promotions. Different Ts and Cs for different players. Further case in point being the Monthly Elite tournament that has been asked about several times.

The deal is, to qualify for the tournament, you need to be part of an "MVP club" and the "they cannot publish the requirements for becoming part of this club". The reason they cannot publish is due to responsible gaming.

Who knew about such a club? Clearly it is for the worst players/biggest depositors. The motives here are pretty obvious and they are not to meet responsible gaming requirements.

Would you buy lottery tickets where the biggest losers had a better chance? Would you bet with a bookie who offered better odds to his worst punters?

Just run a fair promotion with the same Ts and Cs clearly explained for everyone
