That is what I've been thinking. All the money is off-shore, so couldn't the defendants cashout, rub it on their t1tti3s and hide away, thus leaving the sites unable to honor checks and other payment methods? That way, every one that has some kind of money on the sites (being or not from the US) will never see a penny, amirite?
