I just negotiated a payment plan with 1 person for $20 a week starting next week. I get paid weekly so if it's possible to make boa deposits I live right across the street from one.

I have an idea, should I create another thread to list my payment plans with victims and to include amounts and their confirmations. Only to include the list of people I scammed so it doesn't get clogged.

Etc I just paid John, Freddy, Joe $20 each, and they can confirm simply by posting +1 or something.

Also, to the benefit to my Victims please keep down on posts. I surrender to anything you say about me. I'm here to pay them back.

If you have legitimate questions I'll answer I won't respond to nonsense. Thanks.

you guys realize that "picking fruit" is a euphemism for his scamming right? he picks (low-hanging) fruit.

this guy nailed it earlier:

He wouldn't last a week in prison. His fast talking, debt accumulating ways would have him spitting out bloody teeth in no time and checking into protective custody.

Deadbeats like you need to realize the immense lifestyle changes and sacrifices you have to make to get your debts paid. Whether you pay these debts greatly defines who are as a person.

You should give the victims an option of being paid $20/month or have you invest in Super Lotto tickets.

I don't think anyone doubted that DDOS was real though. And I also don't think anyone doubted that you could scam someone by DDOSing them while you were playing them on stars. But that has nothing to do with Stars being rigged or not secure, since they would need to DDOS you totally "separately" from Stars. If you lose a pot because someone pulls the plug out on your computer, you can't blame Stars for it.

It's the same as a number of other things that someone can do to scam you for money - watch your screen physically, get a keylogger/screen capture program on your computer or whatever else. Of course it can happen and of course it would result in you getting scammed - but it has nothing to do with a poker client being rigged or unsafe.
I never said the client was unsafe, but I am saying that thousands of people were cheated.

At this rate it'll only take him 300 years to pay everyone back.

OP's attitude feels really weird to me with all the reborn/belief/religious stuff, like his God had thumbprinted him with lsd. I had got scammed multiple times and I would say most scammers are totally capable of feeling sorry and confessions are meaningless. They just have too much temper and not enough willpower. OP on the other hand seems capable to make change, hope he is at least consistent with his plan till every victim is well compensated.

I pick fruit.

You gotta start at the bottom, but at least I started. Tears of joy ran down my face as a load of Pomegranate took off between a row of trees.

Finally, after all these years of struggling, I'm doing what I love and what is right.

Seems too ridiculous to be real.

A guy who had been here for 5 months and had ~90 posts is hardly what one would call a regular poster.

Regardless, if you want to talk about whether one guy who isn't the OP should've given money to another guy that isn't the OP, maybe there might be a better place for that discussion. Like here:

Yes, e-mail the OP all of the pertinent banking details so he can make you whole again.

You are joking right?

They should be counted at the value of their market rate at the time they were stolen.

Better that he is not in jail and is paying people back if that is really what he is doing. When you send someone to jail everybody has to pay the price. From an efficiency perspective you should put people in jail that are doing harm to society. Not those that are productive and trying to give back.

Ha, funny how certain things come back to yea. This was me and my PR's guy last ditched attempt to get something back after being scammed. I originally thought you were involved in the scam Lefort I'm sorry for accusing you of that. But the way you treated me when I asked for something back was HORRIBLE. Ask Gable Kaplan what happened to the stolen money he won?...

The 5k I lost was a back breaker for me and my game(career) for a long time , I was already in a downswing live and and online. I became obsessed over the whole thing, my BB deteriorated in the coming months. I was very weak mentally due to this. It's quite hard to explain in words.

This. And the legal right can even be doubted. If this was say a stolen bike that got transferred with the buyer being unaware i.e., Lefort had to return it to the rightful owner: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nemo_dat_quod_non_habet

Maybe if Lefort finds God just as OP did, he finds it in his heart to do the right thing as well.

I been apart of 2 Plus 2 for a LONG time under many different screen names, so please lets not try to downgrade my credibility as a poster. I was only able to get about 1k cash for that Amazon money and that took 4 months to get. It was a long drown out stressful process that I should of never had to been apart of.

FWIW I havnt tried to contact JA and to Dec1 Im sorry for threatening your life like that all those times. Justin, you need to add Dec1 2k and reduce DIF to 3k. For my portion donate it to a charity of 2 Plus 2's choice.
