They could also just have nothing. That is also a possibility. The more they tease data without actually releasing any, the more likely that possibility seems.

The problem is that it's not like she was accused of stealing or murder where the accusations could be nullified by way of a verifiable alibi or something or that sort. Most people here are simply criticizing the contradicting statements/coincidences and pointing out how suspicious it looks, the same way the no cheating crowd criticizes crazy theories.
