Well done, sir. The plan you detailed above is literally the only alternative to warehousing non-violent criminals.

It is quite funny to see Inso0 suggest and chastise you for not deleting posts when he makes so many ignorant and easily provably wrong posts that if he just googled first he would see how off base he is.

it is clear he eats up every eagerly every stereotype about communities of color.

He does not understand that the working poor are all too often pushed into being the working broke because they are targeted for increased policing WRONGLY knowing that the very mechanism of fining them again and again, then makes it less likely they will have the money to fight back. So once fined into oblivion Inso0 uses their inability to pay ever more fines as proof they were not targeted for fining to begin with.

Study after study says Inso0 is wrong and ignorant and yet he will never go back and re-read his posts after they're made and show he has learned something and deleting one from time to time.

Binger (of smug prosecutor fame) gives interview about Rittenhouse trial:

Analysis of interview on the youtube channel I get my law news from:

Nice. He is one of about 8 such legal (lawyer) commentators I subscribe to and listen to. There are quite a few good podcasts for legal reviews and opinions.

Wait, it turns out that the perpetrators have 30 priors, but thanks to prison and bail reform, they can walk free?

Yeah, I should have said "one of the channels", I also subscribe to a few. Thought the interview was interesting.

I, for one, am extra convinced by this unattributed, unexplained blurry looking table being "sourced" from "Regional Police Depts".

The number of homicides in 2019 in NYC was 558.
YTD in 2021 it's 355.

That's some increase. It flipped around past infinity.

Where are you getting these numbers from, exactly? Numbers I have seen from official sources state that murders in 2019 were 319 and are at 454 this year. It took thirty seconds to find that by just searching for "2019 NYC murders."

Yeah, that was NY state.

So Nov YTD is 407 which is a 27 percent increase.

Damn Obama.

I made a similar error. I found the numbers for Albany from an official source online and concluded that the increase was only 40%, wrote a post with links and everything, only to double-check my work 20 minutes later and notice that the numbers I found were for Albany, GA. Luckily still had enough time to delete the post and pretend nothing happened... *whistles and strolls away*

LOL

Yeah, I'll own this one.

Still lower than the Guiliani days though.

Rittenhouse to speak at a kook gathering in Phoenix along with Don Jr, Cruz, MTG, Gaetz, Carlson, Gosar.

I guess he's collecting some money for when the civil suits start.
