Stars does withdrawls just fine. FTP is to blame

My check I requested this morning was just APPROVED.

I recieved an Email from full tilt on July 3rd, like other people here, telling me that there was a problem with my June 19th check and they would re-issue a new check today. Then of course I got the email regarding the problems with checks clearing. Then today I got a letter from full tilt telling me that there shouldn't be a problem with my check from June 19th.

I dont know what to make of this. Did they re-issue my check from June 19th that they had cancelled? Am i going to get 2 checks for the same withdrawal (june 19 and july 3rd)? Has anyone else gotten this sequence of E mails?

They did re-enable my withdrawal by check option today that was shut down.
As soon as they get this crap cleared up, I'm cashing out everything and going to stars. I've had it with the way full tilt has handled their customers. Slow responses ,vague answers, penny pinching by using shady processors.

I'm gone.

I just noticed i got $100 free cash + the money back from my bad check a couple weeks ago and my 6/30 check seems to be not affected they say. I for one am loving all these bonuses. I could imagine them recieving a lot of check withdrawal transfer as I cashout 4x a week in small $300-500 chunks.

jamie, you must be doing something wrong man. if your deposit isn't over 3K then it should be working. you either have something meesed up with your personal details... OR... have you cashed out too much this week already or something? I am headed to bed for the night now. i will see whats up in the morning. GL to you

Hi, sorry if this has already been talked about but are checks to the UK gonna be met with the same problems amricans seem to be having? Also anyone from the uk have an ETA on how long checks usually take to arrive? Thanks.

goot: did you notice that not everyone's bonus was the same size? The people with larger cancelled checks got larger gifts.

We don't know the exact method they use - but it isnt THAT far from being a percentage of the cancelled amount.

Ok good news my check came today. Approved on 03/07. Bad news is its in dollars. I live in london and have no idea why Fulltilt would send me a check in dollars when My address is in England. Does Fulltilt intentianlly try to make our lives harder or do they just not care? Anyone from the UK have any issues when trying to deposit a check in dollars into their regular current account? God I'm really on my last nerve here. Guess its time to move back to stars.

They just ingore my emails. Except for one on another email acct which asked about deposit options...that got answered in an hour.


Awful but there is no incentive for FTP to change. Tons of people on last night generating tons of rake. No wonder they dont answer my emails or sweat it...,they could decide not to pay me (maybe they did) and nothing would happen.

I wanted to post good news here too....hopefully a lot more people will be receiving these emails like I got!

guys, trying to regulate how much, or how many, withdrawals someone makes is like trying to tell GrannyMae how to post. If I give FTP any amount of money, I should be able to get it out any way I want and they are responsible to see that I do.

This whole thing was bad for FTP. If it hit the national media, bad for online poker overall.

Just figured I would add my experience to the list. I made 3 check withdrawals over 2 weeks (I don't usually do this)-already cashed one, have another one I'm going to cash today and then I got an e-mail saying my other withdrawal got credited back to my account, along with $100, but no bonus. I'm gonna try to make another withdrawal today when I get home. I've made numerous withdrawals from FT and never had any problems with anything, but I don't know. I have a Stars account, but have never played on it regularly. Are the payout options really that much better on PS?

actually it's really easy to limit it

you just do it and then that becomes the norm

there were limits on Bank Transfers that everyone had to follow, same can be done for checks

Has anyone tried bank xfers since they instructed us to use the check system? I wonder if it will still take 5 weeks. I just had all my check money redeposited and I think I am going to cash out 1/2 Check and 1/2 Bank xfer and hopefully i get some money before September.

P.S. Anyone in Rochester NY need FTP monies? Ill pay 10% vig for cash

Bank transfers have been suspended for a long time, so that won't work unless FTP changes something.

I'm fed up editing posts by people who have no respect for the wishes of others.

In future I will simply delete any relevant posts.
