Soo how are you supposed to withdraw any amount of money between $5k and $20k?

i would say.. dont, unless its a special circumstance. Needing that much out is one thing, but you dont have to do it in 7K increments or 10K increments every weak. Do one 20K wire every other week if you want. OR do two if you really have to. But do two big ones instead of several small ones. Otherwise, keep risking that more problems come up. Yes its dumb we have to do it like this, but until FTP gets their **** together, i would just do what we have to do ya know.

Requested check on 6/25, haven't received yet. So I check my email today and I see that i've had my withdrawal amount credited back to my FTP amount with 100 additional dollars.

Pretty cool thing to do to compensate for the trouble.

I didn't get a bonus however, did everyone else?

I just got a check from the good processor, and I think it sheds some light on the current situation. This check was from 7/2 (started requesting different amounts both for my bank and so it's easier to keep track of which check is coming). I still have one from 6/26 and 6/30 that I'm waiting on.

So it seems to me that there was a few-day period there when FTP realized there was a problem with the bad processor...perhaps my two cashouts from 6/26 and 6/30 got routed through the bad processor and subsequently were never mailed. I'm sure they'll have to go back and re-route those specific checks.

But whatever the case, it SEEMS like newer checks are coming. I'm sure there will be some backlog BS, but let's please stop with the doomsday, we're never getting our money talk. Just consider what FTP has to lose. I'm as frustrated as anyone with them, but they are eventually going to find a way to get people their money...because THEIR money is contingent on that.

I too have been reimbursed for a check that has supposedly cleared. Makes me nervous because if it bounces I'm definitely going to have an overdraft now. I'll update if it bounces or I get further clarification.

I see many people out there are getting account credits yet their NEVADA PROCESSOR check did not bounce. I think the answer to this is simple. FTP has no clue what checks from that group are actually going to bounce. I assume they estimated when the processor bank account was shut down and subtracted a few days to be safe. That said, if you read the zillion posts I've read, I think it is safe to say if you deposited a NEVADA check before and including June 23rd (possibly the 25th), it will clear. So there will be A LOT of people getting paid twice for this fiasco. If you're honest, you'll return the funds. However that is entirely your decision. I wouldn't blame you either way.

BTW the check clearing house works over a 4 business day cycle. Most bounced checks are known within four business days. Under unusual circumstances such as this case a return can take up to 7 business days. Anything longer then that I think you are safe. It didn't help that this mess happened over 4th of July which certainly slowed the entire system down.

I have a polite question for anyone reading this...

Instead of requesting 6 $200 checks over the period of 2 weeks... can you just request one $1200 check?

Maybe if there weren't so many people requesting multiple checks things would improve.

Not that full tilt has any excuses. Just a thought...
(i realize this has nothing to do with them bouncing)

Also, can we all only send 1 email to support when there is a problem?

I always only send 1 and they always respond.

Just tried to withdraw 5K by check and was declined twice. Is anyone having this issue? I got my rebate for my old check and now am trying to make a withdrawal. FTP said it should be fine to do so now.

I got an email today saying the check was bad, but I deposited it and it cleared online according to my bank. Has anyone had it come back bounced after it showing up as cleared?

I'm one of the people who apparently got paid twice and have already e-mailed FTP and told them. I frankly WOULD blame anyone who chooses the stealing route on this one. No matter how inept FTP is with their customer service it doesn't justify taking thousands of dollars from them just because they're vulnerable in this situation.

got the same email. i'm still done w/ FT until they get reliable withdrawal methods and better customer support.

i will say, however, that they seem to have learned a lesson from the e-check debacle. this was handled about a million times better.
