cashout approved 6/12 its 6/18 still waiting.
i have been waiting 6 days for cashout that said 3 to 5 buissness days. giving up at this point. yes there were 5 buissness days.

I think someone (maybe you) put it best - their customer support has gone completely ghost. They've removed their live chat option from ZenDesk, and I've yet to receive any sort of response to an email or ticket or even from Joey on here (even before his announcement that he was going to be busy this week with a kid on the way).

This screams of PayPal likely closing/freezing their funds. In turn they’re using every delay tactic while they generate more rake to payout players on new processors.

So I finally got an update. Cashout approved on globals end. It only took 80 hours. Now I am waiting on WorldPay

I've had a small cash out pending since 6/13. I've sent one email to support but not received a reply as of yet.

Just to clarify, for those who have already submitted their verification documents before, you will only need to send us your bank statement for your cash out. Thank you.

Global, normally I don't complain but I sent in my bank information over four days ago and you guys still haven't approved me for cashouts yet. After I sent them in I was told I needed to provide additional info with I did, could you please check your PMs and see my ticket number and get back to me?

You guys should boycott this place. This has been one flat out unacceptable thing after another. It took them like 7 days to tell me "we can't verify your information due to your bank statement not having a company logo on it."

So, I can't get verified due to the fact I don't receive physical bank statements and online bank statements, from my bank, don't have a logo on them? I guess, I'm supposed to edit the statement and place a freaking logo on there to make things all kosher. Stupid.

We didn't sign up for this bs to begin with. To be so unaccommodating and unresponsive... My new name must be the B word, cause that's how I'm being treated. Hope some bad karma comes your way.

I can't wait to go try to print this off and wait another week+ just to be approved. Maybe they should bring back the pony express. Who knew, that all this time later the pony express would have a competitive advantage.

Okay guys, I just got my worldpay cashout.

I was approved on the 15th, just got deposited into my bank account minutes ago.

cashout timeline: requested jun12. did run around, verified/approval email jun15 saying 3-5bus days. received jun19 directly to checking acct.

I just submitted my bank details without the "swft code/ BIC number" because it wasn't given a "required field" asterisk and I didn't want to call my bank to ask what it was just in case there might be a hassle. Does anybody know if any submissions are being rejected because of no swift code being included?

I have the same question. Tangerine bank in Canada does not have a Swift code and do not know if that is why I have no response since request on 6/12

I'm not sure I understand what's going on. Am I supposed to be going into WorldPay's website myself and starting up my account for Global to send my cashout to? Or is Global doing that for me or what? I don't understand why the form I filled out was given to me by Global through Global's site, and I'm seeming to have no interaction with WorldPay directly.

Yeah, the only time I can remember being asked for a "swift code" in the last 18 years from a pokersite/ payment processor, was for a one time transaction. I have no idea why though.

First Worldpay cashout was approved 6/15 and credited to my checking account today (Tuesday 6/19 early AM).

They stalled a couple weeks in getting me this money, but it's nice to see it pending in my account.

I just received my cash from Global through Worldpay! I was concerned about the same thing. (SWIFT#/ BIC are used for wire transfers which my bank does not process) It's all good
