I really hope Joey or someone can come explain. My name is the same on Global.
Update: Got my payment in my bank. Still says manually resolved so not sure if that was because Joey or someone looked into it after seeing a post here or if support had to tag it or whatever, but appreciated whatever happened to get it sorted.

Just to clarify, for those who have already submitted their verification documents before, you will only need to send us your bank statement for your cash out. Thank you.
Yes, I did that 4 days ago.

And as an update, my cashout was finally approved late last night. I also immediately made another cashout and it was approved by the time I woke up today.

So now we're playing the WorldPay waiting game.

so everyone's being switched to worldpay unbeknownst to them?

Back to flipping burgers soon, gatton! You'll have to work for that minimum wage elsewhere in the real world.
I'm less than a year away from having my doctorate in pharmacy, so I doubt I'll be flipping burgers anytime soon. You on the other hand....

Just wanted to say thanks to global.
You are the reason I'm not flipping burgers.

Thank you.

Perhaps don't be an ******* to others, including the people handling your money, even if they seem to be extremely incompetent.

And maybe you're the one afraid of going back to flipping burgers.
This is epic. The queer was literally flipping burgers before

Also, if your nut sack has dropped, I'm ready to play hu at 200nl. Don't give me that "there's no hu tables on global." We will keep moving tables if someone sits.

I won't derail the thread anymore, I know people have real concerns regarding cashouts. I may only play mid stakes but when I graduate and can keep a solid roll on global, I promise you will be seeing my face at higher stakes.

Both offers are still on the table though guys...I'm sure you'll just challenge me to stakes that I'm not rolled for...

Money hit my bank account but it still has the "Manually Resolved" beneath my history within my account's page.
Definitely e-mail customer support, but I have faith you'll get it sorted out.

Mine also says "manually resolved" and I just received a 2k cashout this morning. Not sure what it means but my money is safely in my bank so I don't really care lol.

No one is "challenging" you. You're the one swinging your e-penis around calling people "queers".

I got my cashout approved on the 12th, it now says the "manually resolved" thing but I got my money in my account today.

Weirdly though I tried to cashout again today and it was denied, e-mailed support and they said that it was because I don't have the play through from a deposit. Haven't deposited in weeks. Told them that and then tried another cashout.

I know jokes are hard for someone of your intelligence level to understand, don't worry. If you'd like to play some HU we can since you'd like to make challenges, sit any table 3/6+ and I'll make sure nobody else joins, lets get it going bud.

Like I said, I'm down for 200nl anytime bud, just let me know. I'm nowhere near rolled for 3/6.

heyyyy I got my worldpay cashout too

happy times; they were indeed doing what someone said earlier and sweeping through all the requests at one time

hopefully this means traffic will bump up again, it seems like games aren't running as late into the night over the past few weeks, although it's also summer and WSOP
