Global, normally I don't complain but I sent in my bank information over over five days ago and you guys still haven't approved me for cashouts yet.

After I sent them in I was told I needed to provide additional info which I did, could you please check your PMs and see my ticket number and get back to me?

Requested a cashout last Thursday, for the second time this year they want my identity verification. They follow up with an email several days later saying I've been "selected" for worldpay cashout, but I told them I want paypal cashout. Still waiting on a response. Something is changing internally over there and they seem to be dealing with a backlog.

~$2000 WP cashout in bank this morning. Requested/verification on Wed (iirc?). Approved email saying 3-5 business days sent Thursday morning.

I was told there would be some sort of announcement/clarification by the end of this week on all this. Not a clue what it is, just things would/should be clear to everyone at end of week. I'm not saying it, just repeating what I was told.

I was asked to keep it confidential, but if they blow it off. I am not adverse to posting things. I agreed to not do it and I like to keep my word.

It was not a generic email from customer service. In the 'payment option' thread there was some discussion of posts deleted. Bobo and Joey both said it was only one, mine. It was deleted because I put Global's phone number and direct contact info for the Board members.

My personal opinion is they realize how stupid they rolled this out and were trying to fix it. My concern was never that the monies would be kept or WP was or would become rogue. PayPal is a needed aspect for some of my people, aka using my money. The removal of that from 5 of them means my money is not able to be taken out. Add in the arrogance from some reps stating it was not a big deal because the money would be safe in their account and I was not very happy. I didn''t really take that too well and sent a pointed email explaining that I would do what is necessary to insure I got it back.

I'm in the same business as Escalante. Pretty much anyone in the business has access to people and agencies that can create 'discomfort' for others that play games with your money. I also told them it was not about me getting some sort of favoritism. I said I would give everyone the same ability to jump on board to insure no one would get screwed.

That email brought a return one stating that there should be an announcment/discussion by the end of the week, I'll give it an extra 3 or 4 days, and things would be made clear. We'll see. I did not threaten them, I gave them advance warning of what I was going to do. To that, I'm 100% certain it is believed I will follow through with what I said.

So now we're playing the WorldPay waiting game.
Made another cashout today that was approved in 1hr20min. So 3 cashout approvals in the past 24hrs, but still have to wait and see how long til it hits my bank.

Just received one 25 minutes ago which is weird because I sent in my bank details (as requested) yesterday (got a confirmation email) and the cashout has already hit my paypal account.
