New member, copy and paste the same rant in a bunch of threads. Quality contribution. Nonsense like that is what throws legit issues off the deep end.

So has a SINGLE PERSON received a cashout yet?
06-16-2018 , 10:25 PM
Did the live chat (available on the form that the email sends you too) and the stock response is that this will be "a more efficient way to receive your prizes." I'm assuming that's a lie, as I could get my money from GlobalPoker to PayPal to my bank account in less than 48 hours.

This.

It has been a day. Don't they say up to 5 days?

Doing another cashout. Had to resend ID verification and fill out the bank form this time. Let's see how it goes

Customer service ghosted me after I told them I can"t do a bank transfer -- they still have me moneys.

requested cashout jun12, did the runaround for verification. got email jun15 saying cashout is processed and will receive in 3-5 business days. so give or take another week if this is legit

I got live chat last night and they gave me all stock answers. But did confirm that my new forms had been submitted. I got an email a couple minutes later saying that my forms were received and to "be patient" because I would be approved (or disapproved, i guess) "in the next couple hours."

Twelve hours now. Haven't heard anything. Will update

If you want your money off file a dispute with PayPal. You won’t get it all but you may recoup your deposit.

I posted this on a different thread, but thought it was relevant here:
I requested a cashout on June 12.

I received an email from Global stating that my cashout was successfully processed through PayPal on June 14.

With previous cashouts, the money was available via PayPal immediately after this notification. I still have a zero balance in my PayPal account.

I emailed support regarding this matter and they replied:

"I can confirm that your $x cashout request has been processed to your Paypal email address:xxx

You may also coordinate with PayPal to confirm the transaction."

I just spent half an hour on the phone with a PayPal representative (after an infuriating battle the automated phone system) and he could not find a record of the above transaction. I now emailed Global asking for the transaction number in order to straighten this mess out.

My cash-out request from 6/13 is still pending approval.

Hmm. Sounds good to me, as I'd prefer to use paypal to "cash out" still. And, clearly, at this rate, I have no intention of playing on this poker site again. 4 days without even being approved for a cash out? Can't get a response when you message their rep on this site?

Smells worse than Full Tilt Poker ever did before Black Friday. Geez. The lack of transparency is more than alarming. Did someone say Ponzi Scheme? Normally, when I go to cash out, I need the money. I don't need someone else sitting there, playing with it for weeks. That's not customer service. That's a rob job.

I've had 48 hours of radio silence after requesting a way to cash out without giving them a bank statement.

Cashout requested

From my live chat with "Dirk" last night...

Dirk - "This will provide you with a simpler, more secure and more efficient way way to receive your prizes."

Me - "So I assume it will be faster than the 48 hours it took to go from my GlobalPoker account to PayPal to my bank account?

Dirk - "We do not expect cash out times to be significantly different than they have been previously. However, as you can appreciate, there may be some small variations to this as we trial this new system....We are confident that all cash outs will be processed with the turnaround time posted on our website, that is three to five business days."

If a little payment processor variance is going to get you all butthurt then online poker DEFINITELY isn't for you.

If you think all of this is just over some "variance" then you DEFINITELY need to work on your reading comprehension.
