Cashout requested 6/12/18 7:26PM EST
Cashout approved 6/13/18 4:01AM EST

And finally this morning it hit my bank. It looked like this for those wondering...

Honestly I just assume most people in these threads want the sky to be falling.

How did it show in your account? Does it show coming from VGW Holdings? And not to be too nosy, but how many figures?

Please don't answer any questions you don't want to, but any info you are willing to share would be awesome. Thanks in advance.

I won't say most... but I will agree there seem to be some accounts that for some reason want the world to come to an end on Global, for whatever reason that might be.

Looks like I also just received a mysterious $XXX deposit directly into my bank account!!! It is currently pending and details are not available but I can see the transaction. I received a PM from Joey informing me to expect a deposit on Wednesday. However it looks like it hit my bank account 1 day sooner!

I am verifying that this seems to be the Worldpay cashout request I submitted last week.

The sky is not falling.

Couldn't be further from the truth. I'm assuming most of the people upset on here are upset for the same reasons I am - we want nothing more than for Global to succeed. They are (were?) the one online poker site that I felt comfortable with. They are (were?) the one place I could play whenever I wanted to cure that itch we all have to play (and we all have it, or we wouldn't be on this site).

I'm also assuming that most everyone here has gone through the crashes of other sites as their money was simply stolen from them. And they all went down in similar fashion to what has been going on with Global these past few days. Will the end result be different? Lord, I hope so. I imagine everyone else does, too. But to see the same issues (accepting purchases with ease and immediately while changing cashout methods, delaying cashout times, and ignoring customers in support) as we've seen before and not be concerned would be naive.

I did NOT receive my money. but for some reason it says "manually resolved" on my global poker cash out history. The money is NOT in my global poker account either. This is pretty ridiculous since I've never seen "manually resolved before." and have no indication of what that means.

I really hope Joey or someone can come explain. My name is the same on Global.

I request a cash out on June 11th. I then had to verify bank documents as I was forced into Worldplay instead of Paypal. I waited over a week patiently, and I heard others have started receiving cash outs, so I went to check my history on Globalpoker. It says "Manually Resolved" which i have never seen before and have no way of knowing what that means. I did NOT receive any money in my bank, and have no idea where my cash out stands or what is going on

Received 3 WP payments this morning. I had 3 approved cashouts (last Tuesday, Friday & Sunday) totaling roughly $12.5k.

* For those people freaking out about the bank statement that needs to be provided... I sent only the first page of my statement (no transactions on it) and it was approved

Cheers!

This. I am incredibly annoyed because I liked playing on Global. But the past few months has been non-stop problems, dumb management decisions and piss poor customer service. Assuming I eventually get my money off the site I may very well come back later this year, if they can manage to get their **** together and offer a good customer experience again. For now I am playing elsewhere. I'm not going to reward bad business practices.

One week, no response. Glad some of you are getting your cash outs but some of us are getting NO help (most likely higher stakes players). I really hope they actually have all the money on site and it's not that kind of problem.

Some of us were patient, we didn't email support calling them names and expecting them to bow down to us because we pay so so much rake on the site.

If I got that email from you, I'd make your ass wait too.

Let's go spend some cash.

Have a good day sir!

Swift code and a bank identifier code, BIC, is used for overseas transactions and isn't necessary for North Americans due to WorldPay being US based. UK residents that play on Global will have to provide a Swift code.

Ah, that explains the timing. ACH is an electronic check and they all take several business days to process. They are cheaper than wire transfers. An ACH is more like a bank check being electronically deposited I to your account. The transfer time only begins once the approval is given. Thank you for mentioning that part.

I lol'd at "Manually Resolved." Like what does that even mean. Good luck dude.

I'm furious about being one of the crash test dummies on this matter. To be fair, the fact that banks will take deposits directly from Global is a positive.

There are some people obsessed with trying to find an 'ah-ha, gotcha!' moment posting since Global opened a sub-thread.

World pay doesn't take possession of funds, they just match the bank from ineside up with the bank of the other.

Do you actually think this is how a company should approach things? This might actually be the worst response I've ever seen in my life. Just be happy you're a micro grinder don't spend that $35 withdrawal all in one place. Will be unfortunate once this site shuts down & you can't beat poker anymore. Back to flipping burgers soon, gatton! You'll have to work for that minimum wage elsewhere in the real world.

Glad people are receiving payments via WorldPay. I was approved June 13th and still have not received payment, but feeling a little better now.

Just wanted to say thanks to global.
You are the reason I'm not flipping burgers.

Thank you.

Perhaps don't be an ******* to others, including the people handling your money, even if they seem to be extremely incompetent.

And maybe you're the one afraid of going back to flipping burgers.

2k Worldpay cashout finally received. Will probably try another one to see if it speeds up now that people are receiving money.

Update: Got my payment in my bank. Still says manually resolved so not sure if that was because Joey or someone looked into it after seeing a post here or if support had to tag it or whatever, but appreciated whatever happened to get it sorted.
