Thank you for the Alex Luneau pod. His documentary was great, and it was awesome to hear what he's up to these days.

For me it was probably first podvast that was really hard to watch, because he acted like he was on adderall. He was just all over the place, but that's pretty natural considering he seemed to be super excited to be on the show. I'd be prob ****ting my pants if I was in his spot.

Even from US, you can play 2-7 tdl on swcpoker.eu; it's BTC only site that doesn't get tons of action, but they are the only US room w deuce and the only online room in the world that spreads badeucy/badacey and some odd stuff like PL Badugi (the kind of games that are in the Aria big bet mix). They have the lowest rake in the world and payouts take hours, not days or weeks, or worse.

I promise you, if you sit 2-7 high enough on this site, someone will play you. It wont be fun for you to learn at micros and I can certainly appreciate your perspective that you'd rather play against better players to try to 'unlock' new levels of knowledge. To paraphrase a worldly Frenchman (aren't they all so worldly and sophisticated?), "get out of your lil 4 card box and see the world." PLO always plays the biggest in mix games, prob followed by 2-7, so makes sense to learn it next anyways. Very easy to be half-decent, takes some studying to be very good, and the edges among the best in the world are almost non-existent, which is why Alex mentioned that these games rarely run, except as mix games.

Also, ceegee would be my next preferred guest. He has worked hard for years and grinded his way up from the stud games to the mid/high mix games. But, based on his PG&C thread, he seemed to really be in a tough downswing in PLO. So maybe some PLO podcast run good for a hardworking nice guy, and a chance for viewers to get perspective from a very good player who is struggling.
