But seriously, carry a traveler's check with you, OR wire the money in advance. I can't think of a good reason to worry yourself like this.

You have to report traveler's checks as well. Just report the goddamn money and tell them what it's for. It's not illegal and you won't get hassled for it. It's Las Vegas, they know people are there to gamble.

Probably the euro sites will still have something available, and for the ME FT everyone will be clamoring for a spot on the shirt or hat of whomever makes it.

AMC put a patch on Begleiter for an upcoming TV show at the 2009 ME FT, can't see how with increased ESPN coverage there won't be a higher rate of non-poker sponsorship as well.

For anyone still looking or yet to book a room, I was able to get 7 nights at the Rio for $220.00 total 7/8-7/15. I used this site and typed in my Harrahs Rewards number, all weekdays were free. For the record I am not a slot or pit player.

Locked up an internship for the summer, so I'm debating scheduling a flight out in a couple weeks for about a week. Anybody think I could find enough buyers with such short notice for a couple 1ks/1500s? Was up 100k in 2011 before April 15 and played last year's WSOP.

Might have to set markup a bit lower than if you sold it far in advance but it's certainly possible for you to put together a package that would sell by then.
