Holy ****ing mother of god it should not take an hour to figure out how to get songs on or off my ****ing ipod when I try to update it every few months. **** you apple, **** you.

I can't figure out how a playlist is attached to a folder on my hard drive. I can't figure out how to get a playlist to update when I add songs to that folder. I can't figure out if I want the Music *thing* that's on my ipod to autofill. I can't figure out how to get it to recognize new songs if it does autofill. I can't figure out if I should be copying a playlist to my ipod or autofilling from it. I can't figure out if once I copy a playlist, if I update the original does it update the copy that's on my ipod. Jesus. I JUST WANT ****ING NEW SONGS ON MY ****ING IPOD.

go
I think Friends was my personal favourite. Next to that 24 and Heroes.
Besides that I try hard not to follow series, since they consume too much time. I bought season 7 of 24 while in the US, and still haven't started to watch it.

Coldplay put on a great show last night, I should probably go to concerts more often. This was only my 2nd.. (Killers was my first)

pretty sad really. how would you like to love sports and find out cause of the way your genes split you don't qualify for any sport anywhere, except maybe coed softball. I'm pretty certain one of the girls that played on my daughters teams had the same issues. was a girl, looked and acted and played like a boy. really nice kid too. crappy situation.

Seinfeld

The Office is hilarious

beat?:I watched Greys Anatomy for a few sessions with my wife. It was pretty solid in the early sessions but after a few episodes last year it seemed clear that they were stretching for story lines and it kinda sucked. So quit viewing it

What Kleath said about Wire/Shield. Very good shows.

Just depends what you are looking for, Cold Case, Law and Order, CSI, Boston Legal are all pretty decent too, plus you get to play detective and try to figure out who did it.

Fringe is good for a new series

re: FNL, I like how they do the cameras shots, adds a lot to the show imo

I am sure there are others I am forgetting about, stilll on 1st cup of coffee

edit , how could I forget, The Sopranos was an Epic series imo

How dare you exclude curb your enthusiasm & entourage, although entourage hasn't been as good this season
09-11-2009 , 08:04 AM
entourage has been awful this season

they were supposed to do something poker related according to doug ellin when he was on the pokercast, all i've seen so far is E playing online for 5 seconds before screwing that skinny girl in his office
09-11-2009 , 08:05 AM
The office is great and I mean both USand UK series.
24 is also right up there but tbh started series 7 and not got through it
Hero's as well is a great series, which I followed religiously until my dam gf cancelled the series link on our sky by accident.....

Not really a series but for me the simpsons is still the best there has been.....

You should be able to download them still, otherwise I also have the season 3 episodes.

In that category my favourite is definitely Family Guy.
09-11-2009 , 08:20 AM
surprised nobody mentioned Oz or The Sopranos. The Shield is great.

Curb your enthusiasm is really funny, way better than Seinfeld. The UK and US versions of The Office are both very good.

I don't watch much TV so my judgement could be way off, but I really like Monk. Nobody ever talks about it as being good so maybe everyone else thinks it sucks.
09-11-2009 , 09:25 AM
The few eps I've seen of Monk have been really entertaining. I see it's coming to an end now. I'm sure I'll watch all the seasons soon on DVD
09-11-2009 , 09:33 AM
I liked Monk a lot in the beginning and there was also quite some promotion for it on TV over here, but gradually I lost my interest in it, since it is also more or less the same story line in a lot of episodes (which is probably true for most series)

Did you really put The West Wing ahead of The Wire?

Here are my choices - one comedy / one drama:

Sopranos.

James Ganolfini is terrific in his role as Tony Soprano. The show had some ups and downs but even when it wasn't great I still liked it. I really looked forward to Sunday night for several years.

Curb Your Enthusiasm

This is good if you don't want to invest several hours to keep up w/ a story line. 30 minutes of pretty solid humor again without much of an investment.

Were you the one that had the bad experience at the Cleveland basketball playoff game? Did the organization ever do anything for you?
