Demetri - like I said before, you clearly are doing many things right, but just think about how much equity this is costing you.

I'm not going to be one of those bleeding heart dolts who thinks you should bend over backwards for horses, I think you have your rules and you enforce them and that's a big reason as to why you've managed to be profitable where few others are. The problem is, when you talk to people like this you turn them into enemies, and burn potential bridges for compromise. Of course there are benefits to you having a tough image in terms of deterring future scam attempts, but it's possible to have a tough image (think Zima) without threatening people's lives and families.

Seriously, you should just hire someone to manage backer-horse relations, and focus on the numbers and on enjoying life a bit more. It would probably save you a lot more in both happiness equity and reputation equity than it would cost you in raw dollars. Might also help you expand faster, if that's something you're looking to do.

In that picture he says that you are the one who dictates rules and why did you keep him playing high limits if he was -ev and later when he got to 7k MU you dropped him only to 180m and that MU doubled up....( Cause it must be known who is who and who says its time to drop lower and if he doesnt want to listen go find other backer )

I dont blame him I blame you cause every single backer has to have plan/program when they are stuck in MU to get it out slowly but with less variance way... What went here wrong I guess its your way of conversations which is more then horrible....

Also what I dont understand how are you expecting that he plays for you even "B" game after daily threats and calling him with all those words you said to him.... ?!

16k is big amount but m8 I would say that its much bigger your influence then his that MU reached that number...
I wish that you both find way to solve this easily but I dont recommend you Alysium that you stay playing for him, but then again I dont know how that MU will be cleared...

Has done nothing to improve appearance/professionalism.
May of even intended on pumping all this cash into asylum knowing this imminent route, I know that'd be super scummy but pretty bully-ish behaviour has already been displayed.

Demetri, I'm curious the importance you assign to the mental state of your horses.

When I actively backed it felt like that was the biggest issue to navigate, the last thing I wanted was someone with a poor mental state playing on my money.

You seemingly don't care about that at all. Doesn't it worry that after berating your horse it will negatively impact their play? Late in this thread you dismissed your words as meaningless since no action was taken. You clearly have a very thick skin, I can assure you that you are an outlier. Almost everyone would take great offense at your words and would hold a deep seated resentment against you.

From the outside it looks like you have serious emotional control issues because you seemingly are willing to cost yourself significant equity just to satisfy your need to inflict pain. There's nothing wrong with applying pressure to someone who owes you, but you weren't doing that. You were trying to inflict as much emotional pain as you could. Forget it being bad business, that's just being a bad person.

Demetri, do you understand at all why the reaction to you outing scammers/threatening to out scammers has been different than the reaction to other people that have done that exact thing on twoplustwo? And do you understand why the reaction to someone possibly scamming you was completely different?

People like Admo, Zima etc. etc. have outed scammers and were applauded/worshiped as heroes for it.

I've been backed by demetri for nearly a year now. In my experience he has always been professional and polite towards me. When I've been in mu he has been supportive and patient. I've followed the rules he clearly set outs in my contract and we've never had any issues.

I am one of demetri's horses since november 2013 and i didn't have any problems. He did and still does his job as he is supposed to, fast reloads, always there to help with my game ( allows u to get coaching sessions and video subscriptions from the cost of stacking money), allows shots even if you are in MU if u have good volume. I am not in a position to comment what's between demetri and asylum but i have a nice collaboration and demetri never treated me like that.
