Its actually 2/5 as well. Also, I have gotten black at 5/5 when they had plenty of green left.

FYI the shufflers used for poker tables are simply randomizers. They are not capable of reading the cards or manipulating action. What interest would a casino have in who wins a poker hand anyways? They take a drop regardless. Bad beats happen every minute, it doesn't mean the game is rigged.

Monday March 3 at 5pm: 17 players, 1 seat awarded

Wednesday March 5 at 5pm: satellite cancelled because only 4 players signed up

One would expect satellite traffic to pick up this week.

I disagree with your 1st statement, but agree with your conclusion. The newer shuffler machines, Deckmate 2, are capable of reading the cards, and all someone would need to do is decipher based on the order of the cards, what hands everyone will receive and what the outcome of the hand would be. But that being said, IMO nobody around here is cheating, if your losing, it's just bad luck.

It's a minor thing, but I wish they would start the tournament on Wed or Thu and have it end on Sun rather than have it start on Sat and end on Wed.

Seems like a good enough reason to have dealers cut the deck when it comes out of the shuffler.

I agree with both your conclusions. There just isn't happening in casinos.

If you win the satellite can you get cash instead of seat? School don't allow me to play but might play if I can take cash

If they started wed or thur then they couldn't fit the $1,100 event in on Friday!
