Poker playing here when there are no high hands running is the same as 7+0 rake. Also, the games here on Thursdays are the worst games I have ever played in. On a positive note, the food from Hugo's is quite good.

They opened a new Chinese place. Way expensive compared to the old one. Also, the old one you could order/delivery at the poker table, the new one you have to go pick up yourself. General Tso's ended up being $18, was not impressed with quality

For the record, a couole of years ago I posted the email address for the manager of a different room. A mod got upset at first, but when I showed them that it was posted in the Bravo app they apologized and said it was fine.

Don't play the Sunday, so can't help you there... However I can make you feel better about your hand.

A couple of months ago on 1/2 I saw a guy with 9-9 win about a $30 pot with quads to get the hourly high hand at about 20 past the hour.

At 55 past the hour his quad 9's is still good and he calls a preflop raise with 88. Flop J-8-x turn J. He gets it all in for about $450 against JJ so he got felted and lost the high hand.

Not gonna lie, of the 6 rooms I play on the regular, this is the only one I get rigged-online-poker-like beats on the regular. Parx coming a strong second. And boy do I got an AA cracked story there.

Not saying online poker is rigged, just saying it seems there are a lot of undetectable hack cheaters online imho

Are high stakes are pretty dead at Sugarhouse? 8pm on their supposedly high stakes night and they have 2 2/5 tables and 2 people on the list for 5-10.

It's sort of de facto switched to Wed. We're running a 5-5 with T rock PLO beginning at 3pm every week, and there will be at least a 5/T as well.

Going to be playing day 1G on saturday noon time. Any thoughts on that flight or opinions/suggestions for better flight selection in order to minimize variance and maximize EV?
