Just got my offers and they are all over the place!!! Food coupons one day, match play other days, gas or grocery cards other days... my offer page looks like a flea market table...wtf!!! Gone are weekly points replaced by offers that are only good on certain days mon-thurs for the most part giving me zero offers to redeem if I go on the weekend. What are they trying to accomplish here? Hasnt anyone told them that they have MORE competition now NOT less? You would think they would be giving better offers not worse ones to try and retain customers from the other choices people in New England and New York now have. I seriously question the common sense of whoever is making these decisions for Foxwoods, I think they need to learn common sense marketing 101 !!! I WANT MY WEEKLY POINTS BACK!!!!

You have really touched on something that I have been wondering/saying for a while. This will be a case study in marketing management. Proactive vs. reactive. How does one retain their customers in the face of added competition. They don't have to go far to see past examples. Philly pokers effect on AC and shortly what Maryland Live poker is going to do to WV.

How do they value their poker playing customers? Are we looked at as a group that will sit there hour after hour, donating to the revenue only through rake, and accepting all offers so the profit is not that great, or are we 500 - 1000 daily customers that are in the building with the potential to walk upstairs and play the house games?

Thanks Todd789, I run my own monthly tourney, the cost is 40 with a 20 rebuy, but same 12 to 18 players, need to mix it up with some better players and some donks just to better my game. Biggest lesson I have learned is I don't get upset with the donks who suck out on me because I rather them to keep playing that way..long term I make out and no matter what you can play the best hand the best way and still lose

I want to personally thank Foxwoods for not making me want to go down there for 3 days at a time like I have been doing most of the summer. What a relief. LOL at my September offers.

The weekend crowd has been pretty good both upstairs and in the poker room . It only makes sense to try and draw more people in during the week.

They gave me 10 points for playing in the 365 yesterday. I never remember getting points for tourneys. I will take it...

I called them approximately 48 hours after cashing out. I played 4 days straight and about 12 hours a day, so I guess I wasn't at full attention, and didn't feel it was necessary to stare at them count out ~10k while the woman had a supervisor standing over her shoulder every step of the way. It was a tournament payout so they have a voucher and W2G, so I guess that should increase my chance from .001 to .005%

Typically I just shove the money in my bag/pocket and try not to draw any attention to myself

I mean who knows but don't you think it could be your mistake? I wouldn't lose sleep over it.

Already regged...I am so excited for it....you basically tap buttons as quick as you can to accrue points....no skill involved...there was one going on during one of the WSOPc events in the area between baccarat and tournament poker and all you could hear was rat-tat-tat-tat-tat.

I have no idea what the prizes are....but with beginners luck I can't wait to run good and donate it all back to the PLO game downstairs.

Awesome info, I was surprised they were out so early and so briefly. thanks for the heads-up, guess the monkey on the tricycle distributing comps at FW must have slipped for a moment...hope it comes out/works in the next week or so.

I haven't lost any sleep, and have basically already chalked it up as a loss, just kind of ridiculous that they would get it wrong with the supervisor standing there every second of the way.

Still waiting to receive my offers. I know they sent me an email a few weeks ago asking how I wanted to receive them...I had already answered that and told them email...I guess I'll keep waiting.

was there monday night and it was 5 points for $25 card, previous week was 10 points for $50 card so maybe its alternating weeks?

I'm still waiting for my september offers.

New offers for September; Tuesday 50 food comp but you have to make a reservation associated with it? At least when i hit accept it brings me to the reservation page. Is there a way to use it for takeout CPK or something?

My weekly points went from 20 a week in August to 40 on each Wednesday in Sept. That's the one day I never play, is FWs just mocking me?

is there a way to see online exactly how you've earned your points or do you basically have to remember?

Log in to Foxwoods Rewards and with a PIN number you can find out your total points.
It doesn't break down how many points you've earned at specific games such as slots, blackjack, poker or the racebook.

you can call a foxwoods operator and and they will tell you how you earned them and what you spent them on. I did it today.

foxwoods rewards is a ****ing joke. i didnt play much live poker over the last year, had free rooms sun-thur for like 7 months straight. i started playing again, and im down there one or two times a week for the last 2 months. no more free rooms, and my points dropped from 10 per week to 5 per week in september. in 10 years ive never seen them give 5 points a week, or at least ive never had it. my match play went from $25 a week to $5 3 times a week.

i seriously can't wait until these ma casinos open up and these douche bags are scrambling to get people in the doors because half of their player base told them to pound sand. this is ridiculous
