You can do that by grouping filters like this:

(Amount Won / Lost BB Between 6 and 6) OR (Amount Won / Lost BB Between -6 and -6)

btw, if I want to filter for amount won between 10bb and 100, does it matter if I do 10bb and 100bb, or 100bb and 10bb?

and for amount lost, if I do -10bb and -100bb, or -100bb and -10bb?

I'm having an issue I've never seen. In basically the main page, where it says "get hands while playing" or "stop getting hands" my c won is @ ~$22 for the day when I'm only actually @ ~7. I've tried restarting the program, removing the category and replacing it, etc. Nothing works. Any ideas?

It does not matter. If you test that yourself in PokerTracker 4 you will see you get the same results regardless.

There is a dropdown in hand reports which by default displays the 'Most Recent 100 Hands' so make sure you are looking at all the hands and not just the last 100. Furthermore that section only displays hands from the current day so if the session crossed between days you might not be seeing all hands but you can set a differerent start time for days in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Reporting Options -> My Day Starts At'. If you have any further trouble send relevant screenshots of your entire PokerTracker report windows and the hand history sample from your session to us in a Support Ticket.

hows it possible that the C Net adjusted in a $2 spin and go is lower than $2? it makes no sense, $2 is the buyin, so shouldnt $2 the max I can be down?

'C Net Adjusted' is the difference between the expected result (based on the change in ICM expectation) and the actual result. If the expected result is +$0.31 and the actual result is -$2.00 that would give you a 'CNet Adjusted' of -$2.31.

Is there a way on PT4 to be able to filter my statistics to show only multitable tournaments (MTTS) with buy ins between $11 and $17?

There is a buy in drop down list that lets you pick individual drop in amounts, but not filter a range. Also, my statistics show both sit and go tournaments, and MTTs and I only want to show the MTTs. A problem is alot of my sit and goes are two table game(18 man) so I'm not sure if they are getting grouped in with the MTTs.

Please let me know if you are able to assist, or what is the best place for me to be able to figure this out. Thanks.

Go to 'More Filters -> Game Details -> Tournament Buy-Ins -> Buyin Between':

You can check the description of those tournaments in reports grouped by the tourney description and you can also check/edit tournament descriptions using the Tournament Results window:

If the tournaments you are referring to are detected as 'MTT 2-Table SNG' then you can filter them out:

'More Filters -> Game Details -> Tournament Description -> MTT 2-Table SNG'

and then NOT that filter:

PokerTracker 4 does take that into account and your results should be correct. If you want to know how much jackpot rake is removed from the pots you won then there is a 'Jackpot Fee Attributed' custom statistic available in the Download Warehouse.

In cases where detailed tournament information isn't included in the files provided by your poker site then you will need to manually edit the tournaments in PokerTracker 4. If that information is included in your files or you are not sure then you can attach your examples to a Support Ticket.

I made a custom all player report and filtered out hero hands. How can I make another filter so that it only shows hands when hero is in a certain position? I've tried making an expression filter using 'tourney_hand_player_statistics.position = 8' but that doesn't work.

Does WPN no longer provide that information?

Presumably you are using the 'NOT (Player Is Hero)' built-in filter in your 'All Players' report? If you then want to filter hands from other players perspectives where Hero was in a specific position then you would need to build a custom expression filter using a subquery to test for Heros position in those hands - see this post for a similar query.

There are many different tournaments on WPN and the available information can vary. If you attach your examples to a Support Ticket we can take a look at this for you.

Yes I'm using the not hero filter. Thanks for the response, this is a good starting point. I'll try to figure it out from here but I'm still very confused so if you are able to post the code I'd need to use it'd be much appreciated. I'll edit the post if I figure it out myself though.

How can i have this message not showing every time i stop import?

Navigate to your folders configured in PokerTracker 4 for auto-import and check them for old hand history files and if necessary manually move them to your 'Processed' folder. This issue can also be caused if incorrect folders have been configured for auto-import and/or if the 'Move Processed Files' folders is configured to a folder used for auto-import and/or if there is a database specific issue slowing the import of hands. If the issue persists please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this problem and then attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket so we can see what's causing the issue. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4.
