Was the last update supposed to resolve the below issue?
My replayer is still treating auto-imported Chico hands as Betonline hands, which results in no HUD shown on the replayer.

If you are referring to previously imported hands then you will need to purge those sessions and reimport them.

Even new Chico hands are still treated as Betonline by the replayer. The new version did not change anything for me

Hi, is the "fold to raise and f donk" broken?



Above you can see the villain donked flop, and hero raised, and villain folds.



This screenshot is after the hand, it should say FDTR 100, or "Fold to raise and F Donk" 1/1.

Am i misinterpreting this stat?

Yes it is not working correctly. I can't attach a new version here so until that is resolved you can duplicate the existing columns for that statistic and change lookup_actions_t.action to lookup_actions_f.action in each column and then create a new statistic using the new columns. If you don't know how to do that open a Support Ticket and we can create it for you.

PT4 won't launch so I go to the PT4 website and thats also down, are these issues related?

That sounds like something on your end is blocking access to our site. Are you going through an Internet proxy, or running from within a VPN? If so please disconnect and try again. It's also possible security software or your ISP is blocking access. If your ISP is blocking access then check the ISP web/parental filters or change your DNS server. If you are not familiar with DNS servers please see here.

Hi you are right my internet provider is blocking access across my network. They are also blocking holdem manager lol.

Time for a new ISP IMO.....

Hi - is anyone else having issues where PT4 is not recording hand histories from ACR for the past few days? I believe the issue is on ACR's end as PT4 is working on Pokerstars for me just fine, but I thought I'd check here anyway.

I have been in contact with support and have done everything they have suggested, but nothing has worked.

A technician replied to your support ticket on the 4th May and I don't see any follow up from you there. In the screenshot you provided you have setup ACR to save your hands in a non-default folder however you have not configured PokerTracker 4 to look for the hands in that folder so things will not work until you address that. If you haven't seen that reply then you can review it by visiting your My Account -> My Support Tickets page.

The Hud is not finding any information on the players at your table. There are several possible causes for this:
1.
The players may not have enough hands in your database. See the 'Minimum Hands Required' setting in the Hud Options.
2.
The players may not have enough hands in the current player range. See the 'Player Ranges' setting in the Hud Options.
3.
The Hud may be configured to only read from databases that currently aren't being imported into.

Please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue and then attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4.

There is no currency specified in your sample hand history so I'd raise that issue directly with your poker site. You are welcome to attach your sample of hands to a Support Ticket although I'm not sure what could be done to workaround this missing information.

I've just started using pt4 and my net adj is exactly the same as my net won over 200 tournaments. How do I fix this? I want to see how up or below ev I am in $

888 poker blast tournaments if this makes a difference.

is there a trick to getting ignition tables to be recognized? often times ill check after starting a session and it will be the only site not working. it will only work after reopening ignition/pt or both, sometimes multiple times

When playing on Ignition start PokerTracker 4 and click 'Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing' before you start the Ignition client. Take a seat at one table, allow the HUD to appear before you open a second table and wait for the HUD to appear there before opening a third e.t.c.

Can anybody else get the Ignition $109 Triple Header MTT to work in PT4's HUD? I never got it to work, and their support hasn't been able to fix it.

I played a tourney on Saturday, HUD and hands were being imported just fine. Placed 4th and when I wrapped up I wanted to review some hands I marked for review. And for some odd reason all the HH was GONE. The whole session disappeared.

Has this happened to anyone before? What could be the cause?

I submitted a ticket already but curious if anyone here has had this happen to them.

If you cannot see the data in PokerTracker 4 that's usually because filters or tags are active that are preventing the data from appearing. I've closed your ticket since I've replied here but if you need further assistance you can reopen it by replying again. When replying include a screenshot of your entire PokerTracker 4 report window so we can see what you are seeing.
