Two problems, hope people can help: when playing any mtt or sng on merge (carbon specifically), HUD stats show up on lobby instead of table. Also, HUD stopped working completely today, when I launch HEM I get this error: Invalid access to memory location. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800703E6). Any ideas?? Thanks!

Yesterday I got some kind of error from sit n go wizard add on which is weird because I never used it before (maybe once a year ago). And now every time HEM is running all it shows is that. I tried creating a new database but it doesn't help. I updated to the latest beta and still the same. I also updated to the latest version of sit n go wizard and no change.

I can't import and hands.

How long will it be until you guys will release a fix for this problem caused by the Windows 7 update. If it will be soon I will just wait instead of messing around unistalilling stuff.

look back a few pages. windows update has cause some hem **** up

the solution is a few pages back

basically walking you through undoing latest windows updates until they have their own fix sorted

-1 Go to control panel system--> windows update--> installed updates

-2 Click (red cicle) or click Today

-3 These are the four updates you have to uninstall.
Select an update--> click Uninstall

You must restart your comptuer to apply these changes--> Restart Later
(RESTART/REBOOT your computer when all four have been uninstalled)

-4 Also click on Change Settings to make sure Windows isn't installing these updates automatically again.
Pick either:
Download updates but let me choose whether to install them or
Check for updates but let me choose whether to download and instal them

Thank you. What if i want to just wait untill HEM will fix those problems with these latest windows updates? will i be able to just download newest HEM installer (when they make it) and the problem will dissappear? Or i have to uninstall those updates no matter what? Thanks!

Yes, when we've fixed this, it will only require an update of HoldemManager. So you're free to do install the Windows Security Updates now (or don't uninstall them) and just wait for a HoldemManager update.

Hi guys;

I just recently got the HEM, but for some reason it doesnt work on my laptop.
I didn't read this whole thread, but hope someone knows why the software crushes.

I use windows vista.
This is what i get when i load it:

"The following error occured when trying to open the database. FATAL 3D000. database 'holdemmanager' doesn't not exist"

after that is opens Database control Panel and trys to connect to PostgreSQL and doesn't work...

please help. Thanks!

Finally fixed it, had to uninstall one of the updates 3 times before it worked.
