I played 69 MTT SNG on Stars today. Do you know why my HEM is missing 16 tournament summaries, and therefore no results are displayed for them? I had no issues with it before.

I been using holdem manager for ~2 years, and when I tried to open today I got this pop up with trial period 0/15 days. When I tried to register my key again I am getting this msg:



Why does it think I have an unregistered version....I been using a registered version for over 2 years now. I tried rebooting computer etc. I went to the link the popup suggested but it still wont let me click in the license code box under upload license code.

I even tried installing the latest version, but still no luck.

any idea why?

figured out how to upload the license key to the website, reset all profiles....but still getting the same error when i tried to register the key when loading hem. im on windowns vista fwiw.

before I got the new version, I had to click in someones hud to get the pop-up, now I just have to pass the mouse over and it pops up. and I HATE IT! how can I get it back to normal?

There is no default currency - the only thing you can do is to add the €(EUR) column to your reports via the green +

Did the stars client write the summaries?
Can you import them manually via import file?
Can you import the hands and summaries into a new test database?

I don't think that Stars client wrote these summaries, as the folder where I always get them was empty after I had finished my session and all of these tournaments were completed as well.

There is no problem for me to manually import it via import file. I requested support to send it to me and I'll update the HEM.

I didn't upgrade HEM to the latest version. I'm not a big fan of the changes and I'm happy about how the current version works. Is it necessary?

I asked about these summaries, because I just would like to be sure that it won't happen too often in the future. Does it happen frequently? Is the only one solution to ask support about these summaries afterwards?

When will the 4 bet stat be fixed, my fold to 4 bet still shows ''DOH" ?

It's kinda funny, when i first saw it, i was like, will he fold to a 4 bet, and then the stat says duhhhhhh!

new to hem. Im trying to set up a filter so i can see all the hands i played where i raised before the flop and i cbet on the flop.
Any help appreciated

when i finish a session i always look up my graph, and it is always different to what table manager says.

for example when i hover over table manager now it says i'm down 3 buy ins, but when i get up hem and click the graph for the same time period it says i'm down 1 buy in.

this has been happening for a while now, any ideas?

I've had HEM on this computer for months, but recently it seems to be slowing down my PC. I've purged about 100k hands and am trying to vacuum but postgresql can't see my HEM database - I've vacuumed on other computers and know how to do it, but on this one I can't get postgresql to recognise HEM. Any thoughts?

1) It is necessary to always have the most up to date version.
2) This does not happen frequently, but if it does happen contacting support to get them is the only solution.

In order to make sure that it does not happen, please make sure you have the software configured correctly.

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

The summaries also should have been moved to the archive folder, C:HMArchive.

If you ever see a discrepancy in your results, request the handhistories/results and reimport them. If the results are still wrong (or games are missing), reimport them into a NEW database.

It will be fixed for the popups in 1.12. But if you add it to your HUD as a regular HUD stat it will work.

Don't rely on what TableManager tracks. It's not designed to track the winnings / #hands.
If you have a discrepancy in your graphs/sessions tab, reimport your hands into a new database.

Run dbcontrolpanel.exe, create a NEW database, and reimport your handhistories. Read:

Did you reimport the hands into a new database?
Open up a PokerStars handhistory file. Check file TIME they write to it. I think it's completely random if they write the time format from the PokerStars client.. or your local time... and sometimes they write BOTH.

Compare the time with the time in HoldemManager, to see if you really need to adjust the time.

And disable time synching via the internet in Windows. (windows--> control panel--> time and date)
After that, restart your computer.

What do you mean "see". Is it not connecting?

This is usually a firewall or windows update issue and the following guide will help you to fix this problem.

Go to Start > Programs (or all programs) > PostgreSQL 8.x > choose Stop Service

Start > Programs (or all programs) > PostgreSQL 8.x and choose Start Service. This may take some time and a black dos window may appear while it�s starting. If it fails to start delete the C:\Program Files\postgresql\8.x\data\postmaster.pid file, if you see it. Do not delete any other files
