OK this might be really simple, or I may be really dumb, but nothing is importing from Pacific.

I have it set in Pac to keep my HH in the same place as I have HEM set to check for auto updates yet when I run it it just says it did not find any new files.

WTF is going on?

I am running 1.11.07a and I have done all the gear with AVG etc.

I'm running 1.11.07a and my fold to 4bet for everyone keeps coming up as "doh". I don't know what that is, can anyone help me with that? thanks!

Is your Pacific client writing english handhistories?

We are already aware of this problem. I hope it will be fixed in the next releases.

This is a known bug we are working on.



Is this with 1.11.07a? Which tablesize does the table manager display for this tables? You can change the size manually via right click on the table in the tablemanager, then the hud should position correct.
Yep, it appears some 9 men are showing as 10 making it a problem....

Is there anyway to relaunch table manger if you accidently minimize it cause it goes away?

Hi, I am playing in Pokerstars and when I check the box "sitout next big blind" the table auto closes. Today I noticed -without being completely sure- that the hand before closing the table isn't tracked by HM.

1. Can you confirm it?
2. Is it possible somehow to track this last hand?

If you close the window (or it auto-closes) before the hand is finished, Pokerstars doesn't write the hand history to your hard drive and thus HM can't pick it up.

recently my hand replayer is not opening when i am clicking on hands. has this anything to do with the problems with the recent windows update issues?

Nope I can't import them at all. Is there a known problem with Pac where they don't write HH's or something? It just seems like they're not being written anywhere. I tried changing directory etc, nothing works. And yup, English.

Hi I'm having varied issues with my iPoker client, Mansion. The hud isn't working properly, it seems to be frozen the majority of the time. So I can't select it, or move it around or anything, and then occasionally I can, until it stops again. Additionally the whole table freezes occasionally, I won't be able to click anything on the table. I just played for 20 minutes without HEM running, and I didn't have any issues with the table freezing up. I'm using the newest version of HEM, though it wasn't working for the last patch either.

The tablemanager minimizes to the icon list in the bottom right corner of your windows. You can reopen it via double click on this icon. If you have "Hide unused icons" activated you may find it when click on the arrow besides the icons.

I'm not sure what your problem exactly is - is your pacific client writing handhistories?
If yes and you can't import them please zip and mail them with link to this thread to support@holdemmanager.com
If no this is a pacific issue - you can try to start the Pacific client as administrator to see if this helps but if not you need to contact Pacific support.

This is probably caused by a wrong configuration of your autoimport folders. Handhistory folder and archive folder must not be in the same folder structure and the auto-import folders must be empty except current hands. If you can't figure it out Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files(X86)\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder (or something similar depending on your installation). It may be just called holdemmanager if you've extentions turned off.

Sometimes when I click on start auto import the table manager window does not pop up. Stopping then starting import doesn't resolve this.

Is there another way to open table manager? Is this possibly a bug?

I have HEM on my laptop. My laptop is kinda old and I am thinking of getting a new one. If I do this, can I get HEM on my new laptop without having to pay for it again?

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser) and change your Windows Control Panel > Regional Settings Format to English (USA).

If none of that helps try to launch it manually by creating a shortcut to \rvg software\holdem manager\hmhud.exe

The same code can be used on 2 pc's at once and can be reset as often as needed.

Please try using our site to register your current/new license. If your code isn't there already you can upload it manually and then reset the code whenever necessary.

Does anybody know how to limit the period of time that peoples hands show in my HUD? Eventually as time elapses, people get better/worse and start to play differently. I'd like to make an option to show stats for people in last 6 months or something etc WITHOUT deleting the hands that are over 6 mo. old. Can that be done?

that problem that happened last week is occuring again for me. the same one when the windows 7 updates where installed. i turned off automatic updates so as far as i can tell they have not been reinstalled

how do i get HEM back working again?

Please download and install the latest version

and reinstall all Windows updates.

Is it possible to filter trny hands to show only hands where hero has opened, villain 3bet shoves and action folds back to the hero?

I would like to study this part of my game using HEM and Pokerstove. Is there a report that can do this?

Hud Options->Additional Hud filters -> filter by date

I play on pokerstars france as well as normal PS ,the luck adjusted winnings does not work on my chart for PSfr and my sessions profit and loss is showing up wrong ,I just had a break even session and it showed I made $17?
