Can you post a screenshot? Are you using the premium version or the free version, do the notes appear in the hand viewer?

In Hud Options > Stats Appearance > Select the AF Stat and see which popup is selected from the dropdown list for the popup. You probably want the aggression one

I am a bit frustrated, please be patient. In every version of HEM, I have never been able to make the different HUD configurations work. As when you go HUD options > Player preferences > Choose configuration tab, I have never, ever, been able to use any other than the default one. This means that every time I want to make a change on the HUD, I have to manually edit the default one, stat by stat, making this process a total pain in the ass.

In other words, when I select my personal configuration listed in the "choose configuration" tab, it still runs with the default one.

What is the deal with this?

This should be addressed in an update that we are pushing out tonight. It was an issue with one of the new HUD settings. In the interim, please check "manual z-order" in the HUD configuration window.

Are these cash or tourney hands? In all of our internal bench-marking and in most of the feedback from users, the import speeds on cash games are substantially faster than HM1 and moderately faster for tourney hands.

Others have voiced the same suggestion and we will come up with an option to hide this. Not sure if high on the priority list but point heeded.

It is something you can view via the Reports and it can be set to auto-update every 30 seconds while you are playing. I have a feeling there would be some performance issues doing this on the actual HUD but I am confirming with Mike and Roy.

Mike Lamb just played a full ring iPoker table and set the config HUD to the non-default and then clicked on Setting to use it for all tables of the same type.

He then opened another table and it had the new config.

Could this be an issue in the process needing to be more intuitive or do you think actually a bug?

This should be addressed in an update we are putting out later tonight.

If you are logged in at HoldemManager.com, your upgrade discount will appear at the top of the page and in your My HM page. When you click on Buy Now, the prices are slashed through and your discounted prices are shown in red. It also shows the discount as a line item in your cart.

The pop-up changes should be saved when you close the window. But the UI could be improved with a simple SAVE button and we will address that.

You can also create a CLONE of a pop-up and make new changes from there.

There are a few stats that this might have occurred on and they were addressed in an update that is going out tonight. Please let us know if issue still persists on some stats.

Just bought HM2 yesterday. Have been experiencing lot's of bug. Going back to HM1 and really hope you fix all this soon.

After using HEM2 for a few weeks, I tried to synchronize my computers to be told that this is not available in 'trial mode'.
I got an email before telling me that I wouldn't have to pay to get HEM2, after me setting the whole thing up, I'm being asked to pay $45.
What's next - you'll stop HEM1 from working so we have to buy HEM2?

Is there any way to make the report tabs always appear from most recent session (top) to least recent (bottom)? Currently it is the opposite and when I change it (every session) it changes back randomly.

Can I the report tab back where I can sort my stats by position?

What I meant by default layout was the "default 2.0 Hud" , I want to be able to remove it from the program or atleast dissable it completely as it often pop up insted of the hud I want to use.

As for iPoker/Ongame issues regarding HU. I think HEM Treats HU tables like 6m/FR tables as I dont get the same hud I define for Hu games on party/stars etc compared to those sites.
This might not be an issue if you can just switch on the bar and it worked properly.
I dont really mind the bar if you made it alot smaller. It doesn´t need to be much bigger than the note icon imo.

I´ll add more later after trying to play today/updating hm2.

Edit2: Found the position tab. Also think import speed might be due to me beeing on an older pc than the last one I imported my db to.

It just doesnt show up, and never has.

My 2nd row of hud looks something like:

3bet/fold to 3bet/limp/agf/hands

it shows up as " /xx/xx/x.x/xx"

As in, 3bet returns a null value.

semesa, if you imported HM1 hud, thats because stat was renamed in HM2 I think.
You have to go into hud editor and add 3bet manually again, and remove 1 in your hud which is probably called "threebet".

This is because with an unregistered version we can't control HMSync being used in a way that violates the TOC's of the sites on hand sharing. Once it is registered, we do have the ability to ensure that only a single database is synced with a license.


When did you purchase your HM1 license?

I can't remember exactly, but I got it around 2 years ago.

Actually, I don't know if I'll upgrade as the HEM2 makes my computer 'hang'.
it's cost me about $100 in lost pots(well if I had won).

Hi, Thats a good point that you cant delete those right now. Ill get that written up but in the meantime you should be able to set the site options so you can use whatever HUD you want and the default 2.0 hud will never come up if you like. Randmon is correct and apologies for that, to explain why this inconvenience happened we have our stats guy who is trying to sync all the stats names that are shared between the hud and the reports and also to improve the naming convention, during this process some stats were overwritten. Were still doing some upgrades on this but well do our best to make sure we don't cause any more issues when upgrading the stats. Renaming them should not break them, that was a mistake on our end with a couple of stats

Is there a way for the sessions tab to show all sessions rather than a drop down menu?

Would prefer this option in the future if not yet available.

I believe you are supposed to go into Reports and look for sessions report there. A bit changed functionality. I wish it it was better explained on how the workflow is suppose go now.

You can go to the website and download a 30 day free trial of HM2 now. You can't extend the Beta version.

yes i did it i have the latest version, i have liscence etc.
i open hm2 and i get the pop message ...2 times per starting hm2

downloaded new update, now HEM crashes on start up every time.

I did not import HEM 1 HUD.

I would export config and post except for the small problem of HEM not working at all anymore.

All licensing is done internally via your original code so you should only have to restart the software typically, but we are having some bugs still.

If you continue to have problems, try the following -

- Close HM2.

- If you see a file C:\Program Files (x86)\Holdem Manager 2\HMLicense.dll.ldat (remove the (x86) if on 32 bit Windows), please delete it also. It will not be there for all installations.
- Restart HM2 and register using your 'HM2-' Code.


If you continue to have registration issues, please send your Reg.log file.

Glad to see some of the bugfixes in latest patch. I see you listened to some of the suggestions from here. Yay.

Here's some comments:

1) Do I have to update HM1 too, cause I tried running it with HM2 open and it said no go.

2) Using the reports section, "sessions" report specifically, the date seems to randomly change appearance from DD.MM.YYYY to MM.DD.YYYY. Happened when I imported some hands, and then scrolled up and down through the sessions report. Refreshing seems to fix it sometimes, cant reproduce really.

3) After I imported couple of hands, there was an X at the bottom of the screen:

Wasnt there a progress bar there before?

Anyway tried clicking it to see whats going on and this popped up:


It would be nice too see some progress in % and aprox time left in the status bar at the bottom. As well as description of task at hand.

While you are at it. How can it says Ready in the bottom left, while in the middle it says it's in the middle of some kind of import. Software is very heavy duty as it is, you cant be implying we should run 2 things at once, right?

Can you please give us an option or just outright remove the arrow in bottom left corner that appears when something is done? When task is done I actually want to look at the report or whatever I was waiting for, and not down in the status bar. It's distracting. Very.
It works in browsers when we download things, because we want to open them, thats not the case here.

If you want to give us visual representation of status, I think a more subtle and less distracting approach is needed. For example have green circle next to Ready text. Change it to orange when its working, green when its ready again. Red on errors.

I might be nitpicking but none of the major softwares use the phrase Culture when we are talking about settings specific to some region. It's always called Regional settings, and everyone knows what it means. "Culture" might be used on the programming side, but its not used on the user facing side. Never seen it before in my life.

Why are you not using the conventional button design when it comes to dialog boxes? I am talking about not having 3 buttons that we have everywhere else. OK or Save, Cancel and Apply. Instead you have just 1 button called Close. It cant be the lack of room in the dialog as there is plenty.

Changing a theme requires a restart. Please add restart button either in that dialog where it asks for restart or you could use space in the pulldown of the orange button on top left where Exit is.

Why do we need 6(six) icons in every widget? Cluttering up the home screen with this is not nice. Solution to this problem would be a lock icon next to the Add widget button in the ribbon. Click it and all this crap dissapears. Poof.
